This device is great, it works like it’s supposed to and exercises my lungs.

This is a sturdy yet easy to use instrument. I feel that it will perform well for a long time. The price point was excellent making this a good value especially considering the build quality. I was amazed to see that I could increase my lung capacity from just over 3 liters to 5 liters with the training that this device produces. This means that I am recruiting air sacs which were previously collapsed (atelectatic) resulting in improved oxygenation and reducing the risk of infection.
