Hansleep 6PCS Orthopedic Bed Wedge Pillow for Sleeping, Adjustable Post Surgery Pillow Set for Body, Back and Leg Pain Relief, Memory Foam Support Pillows for After Surgery, White : desertcart.co.uk: Health & Personal Care Review: I am on day 2 of rotator cuff surgery. This pillow set is a must. The leg pillow makes it so comfortable to sleep in a bed. Your legs are held up so your circulation seems to feel better being in line with your heart which is angled up by the big wedge pillow. The leg pillow also keeps you from accidentally rolling like you'd normally do in your sleep, which is good becausw on pain pills and post anesthesia, it's tough controlling sleep motions. The 2 round pillows are vital. One supports your back arch and the other your neck. My stitches are also behind my shoulder, so the space between the round neck and low back pillows keeps any pressure or surface from touching them. Now, you can angle the round pillows too to lift one side of you more than the other which is not shown on the pictures but can be done and still velcroed. That can probably help individuals who are more bed bound by adjusting the pressure on their joints. At night I angled the neck round pillow so my head just caught the lower edge of the round spot. I tucked a little rolled towel under the one side of my neck and chin for more support to lean my head on. The other pillows option well to hold my heavy brace. Even after I heal, this set will come in handy for other conditions. It's soft where you need it and also still supportive so you can trust it. It keeps in place and doesn't slide since it has little rubber dots. Reclining on a couch was way to painful. I am grateful beyond words to have this make some portion of healing easier and less painful. Review: Just got it and from the first try I'm quite happy with its comfort, and it hasn't even expanded to its full shape, which should take about 24 hours since unpacked. It's a great set to support your neck/head, lower back, the popliteal fossa (back of the knees), and even the ankles. If you're looking for pillows to support these areas then look no further - this set is a complete package. And as a bonus, you can use one of the pillows for working on your laptop in bed. I like the idea that the covers are removable so they could be washed, and the Velcro is very handy as it gives more freedom to position everything. The inner material is a memory foam, which supports your limbs very well when you lay on it and returns to its original form when you don't. It does smell a little - not bad, but there is some smell; I suppose that it's because it's new and that it will evaporate after a while. The only flaw I find is that at first I thought that I got a wrong color, as some pieces look kind of bluish and not pure white. After closely examining the pieces and re-watching the video, I found that the 2 pieces for the legs have a white inner foam material, while the foam of the back piece and its 2 pillows for the lower back and neck/head is bluish, which can be lightly seen through the white covers; I really don't understand why it was manufactured like this, as it's the same foam and they could have made it white for all the pieces, but it's not a big deal. I definitely recommend this item to anyone who's looking for a better bed-time experience, either for sleeping, an occasional nap, watching a movie, or working on the laptop in bed.

I bought this product last minute as I was preparing for surgery. I have been forced to stay on my back for the last 5 weeks and this has been a game changer. Prior to even the surgery, sleeping on my back was so hard, but since I had to do it, this came in clutch. It get comforting sleep, quality sleep, and remain in the positions I start in. The shape compared to body contouring works, as its curved design can easily form against your back. It is very versatile due to all the extras you get with it, plus the way you can interchange for different laying positions to adjust to your needs. The size of the main pillow is quite large (takes up close to 1/2, maybe a little less, of the upper part of my queen bed), but that is not a negative. With that said, there are a few issues I had with it. Mainly the sliding during the night. I would sometimes wake up and have to readjust the main pillow on the "L" shaped pillow due to the pillow sliding down or even sometimes up a bit as I slept. It was not the worst thing, but it was a bit annoying when waking up to pee or just adjust and having to take the time to reposition the layout. Another thing is the head rest pillow you can attach to it. It is honestly quite firm, so if at anytime you happen to slide down a bit off the pillow, you find your neck in a weird way, sometimes waking up with a kink in your neck. Though, you can opt to not attach that part, in which case you are then left to a lower head laying position, which I did not like. Overall, this pillow was and is a life saver for recovery, it helped to reduce my pain by allowing the sleeping angle, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone who needs back sleeping support.

I bought this for after mastectomy surgery and I highly recommend. I didnt have high hopes but its the only way I could get any sleep after surgery. It is white, so it does need to be washed regularly but the cover comes off making it easier to clean. And I would say the quality is great because I bought it knowing I would need it for multiple surgeries and its held up so far. It was stiff at first and while still firm, it has softened up a bit. I also suffer from back pain and this offers such relief on nights that my pain is too much. The only con, it is big and bulky so its hard to find a spot for it when I'm not using it.

I don't usually leave reviews but this is worth a review. Bought this set for shoulder surgery recovery. Uaed ir for 2 days before surgery to grt used to it (I am mainly a side sleeper so back sleeping is new). I am day 1 post op and so far this pillow set is amazing! I love that you can set the pillows in different ways to accomodate your comfort level. The cooling memory foam is so comfy to sleep on. It really does work for back and neck pain as well. The 2 lengthy pillows are so awesome. I have one attached for my head and neck. One I have at the base of the larger pillow and it cushions my hip, but it is pulled to the left side enough that the end of it provides support for my arm in the sling. I literally have no complaints so far. This is the best pillow set I have invested in and will probably keep using it after I am fully recovered.
