Review: Great for beginners, easy to grow and quick to sprout - I’m just starting out with sprouting microgreens and picked these to try first. They germinated quickly and were really easy to grow, which made it a good beginner experience. The texture was a little different than I expected, but that’s probably just something I’ll get used to since I can be picky about textures. The taste was good though, and I didn't notice any off-putting smell (as other seem to report). Overall, I’d call it a win and a solid option and I will definitely it buy again.

- Soak 1/4 cup seeds overnight in room temperature water. Drain and put in sprouting jar or other sprouting unit and follow directions for that unit. Store in a dark environment for several days. On about the fourth day, place in indirect sunlight to develop chlorophyll in sprouts.
- Rinse and drain daily until sprouts are ready (about 3-5 days). Add 1/2 tsp. of NOW Real Food™ Citric Acid Powder per pint of rinsing water to reduce mold formation. Enjoy broccoli seeds alone or as part of a salad.

I’m just starting out with sprouting microgreens and picked these to try first. They germinated quickly and were really easy to grow, which made it a good beginner experience. Because of health reasons I am need to the detox of this product. I purchased this product as a starter. Obviously the price is the best on amazon and I was not sure of my sprouting ability. I followed a lot of hints available and I had great success with this product. I bought 2 others. One the highest priced organic one. another seller claiming they were a small business. The organic one performed as well as the NOW product at triple the price. The small business one did not sprout at all and was full of mood at every batch.. Given that I wash with bleach the bottles and each batch was used with the same method... I can say this is the best performing brand of all of them.
