The six different heads are awesome for working out all the kinks, whether I needed to hammer my quads or just hit a little knot in my lower back. Plus, the battery life was great, lasting me ages between charges. Here's the problem, and it's a massive, deal-breaking fail: After only charging it twice, the whole thing died because of a trash charger port. The little USB-C piece you plug the cord into just totally separated and popped loose inside the unit! I can’t even get the cable to connect anymore. Now it’s completely dead and has officially become a total waste of money as a piece of plastic taking up space on my floor. I mean, come on. This is a device designed to shake things up. Why is the most critical part (the way you charge it) built so cheap? It’s a huge design flaw that ruins the product. Bottom Line: It's a powerhouse, and you'll love it until it dies. But trust me, that charger port is its Achilles heel.
