Completely addictive, so interesting in terms of the info - I’m debating moving away from my Apple Watch as the battery on this is so much better - I always charge my watch overnight but the sleep info on the Oura is great, amazing accuracy on the patterns! The battery life i would say isn’t quite as long as described but still a few days so good enough! Super easy to set up and use, debating the travel charge case but at the moment not sure it’s needed as the charger is just USB C. Definitely worth ordering the fitting measure, I wouldn’t have had a clue but annoying when you decide you want to go for it as adds a few days before you can purchase. Once bought though a perfect fit. I bought the brushed silver and have had quite a few compliments, it’s a really nice, non flashy piece that blends well with other items of jewellery. Expensive but so far I would say worth it :)

Really impressed, it's been tracking my sleep and helping manage my diet and exercise. It's comfortable and pretty stylish. The app is easy to use and doesn't bother me all the time with ads or useless notifications. It's very expensive and having to pay a subscription isn't the best but I think it's pretty good value for the technology in it. It was really easy to set up and hasn't had any connection drop outs or other issues. I'm a little concerned that the next ring will not be compatible with my current charger or case if I decide to get one. I hope it will be but the 3rd gen isn't compatible with 4th so that's something to know if you're buying in a few years and the 5th gen is due out. Hopefully I'm wrong and backwards and forwards compatibility won't be a problem. I like the idea of being able to give friends a discount link right from the app but it would be better if I got a month of my subscription free if they buy. I much prefer this form factor to a watch but you do give up easy heart rate monitoring so maybe a widget that can be pinned to a phone screen or even a small screen on the ring would be something cool to add in the future. Blood pressure monitoring would also really be a cool thing to add but that might not be possible. One other thing to keep in mind if you are buying is it really needs a lot of data to get the most out of it so for the first couple of weeks to a month it won't give you all the readings. In conclusion, I love it, I'm really pleased with the fit and the colour I chose. The app is great and I wish I'd had one years ago. Very happy customer.

Initially good but less than a year later the battery barely lasts a day, sleep tracking okay and stress tracking seems to be a little off. Cancelled subscription as it’s not feasible to charge daily, will use the features on smart watch instead as get a few days life from a charge.

I bought the Oura Ring 4 in Gold as a gift for my partner to replace her Fitbit Charge 6, and it has been a massive upgrade. She wanted something less bulky that didn't look like a fitness tracker, and this fits the bill perfectly since it looks just like regular jewelry. While she missed having a screen at first, she absolutely loves the "Circles" feature in the app. It has a built-in friend tracker that lets her share and compare her readiness and activity scores with her friends. It has actually made her much more active because she is always trying to stay on top of the leaderboard amongst her friends! The sleep tracking is incredibly accurate, the battery lasts for days, and it looks beautiful. It was the perfect gift.

I LOVE my Oura. The app is easy to use and the more you wear it, the more insight you get. Great for monitoring exercise and learning when you need to rest. It’s not cheap, but it works so well it’s decent value. Battery lasts a long time. Just wish I’d waited and got the new smaller version as it’s quite large.

AT LEAST THE CHRGER IS INCLUDED IN THE PACKAGE, IN CONTRAST WITH THE OURA RING 5. IT IS THE BEST RING TO TRACK YOUR SLEEP, BUT NOT ACCURATE FOR WORKSHOPS AND IT IS DIFFICULT TO USE IT WHEN YOU LIFT WEIGHTS...SO IT IS COMFORT WHEN YOU SLEEP. BATTERY LIFE IS GOOD. BEST OF ALL IS THE APP....ALTHOUGH I AM EXPECTING TO BECOME BETTER SINCE YOU PAY FOR IT AND THE APP OF ALL THE OTHER RINGS IS FREE...

I live with Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, Fibromyalgia, and AuDHD, and I was looking for something that could help me track sleep, stress, body temperature, and recovery. Oura delivers on all fronts—and then some. What I love most is the accuracy and depth of insight. It doesn’t just give you only the minimal data, like Deep, Light and REM sleep, but also things like how long it takes you to get to sleep (latency) and how restless you are —it then translates this into genuinely helpful feedback, like sleep and recovery scores, body temperature trends, and guided breathing for stress. The daily readiness score helps me pace myself, which is essential when managing fatigue and sensory overwhelm. The breathing and mindfulness sessions have been a great tool during flare-ups or overstimulation. A few things to note: There is a monthly app subscription, but it’s reasonably priced for what you get. I also got a month free when I signed up. The app is intuitive and easy to navigate, though some people might need a bit of time to explore all its features—there are a lot, and they’re all useful. It takes about 90 days for Oura to fully calibrate and understand your individual baseline, so the insights get better over time. Buying the sizing kit first is a MUST—you’ll want a good fit for accuracy and comfort. Tagging activities and meals is super simple (if you remember to do it). The Rest Mode is a thoughtful feature for days when you’re sick, in pain, or recovering, though I do wish stress tracking stayed active during this mode. Battery life is solid, syncing is quick, and the ring itself is lightweight and comfortable—even with sensory sensitivities. It also integrates beautifully with Clue for cycle tracking, which adds another layer of helpful data for me. If you're managing chronic illness, neurodivergence, or just want a deeper, more holistic view of your health, I can’t recommend the Oura Ring 4 enough. It’s not just about fitness—it’s about understanding your body, honoring your limits, and supporting your wellbeing.

Delivery took longer than expected, but i am happy with the ring. It does exactly what they advertise. Its a nice to have.

I don't like wearing wrist watches, so having a smart ring is PERFECT for me! I love how durable it is, it's easy to clean, and the app that comes with it is GREAT! The tracking on this thing is flawless and it uses light sensors to track my vitals, so it doesn't even feel like a smart device, just a regular ring! It also charges very quickly, so if I'm using the bathroom or taking a shower at home, I just pop it on the charger for 10-15 minutes and it's good for a few days! I only do it daily just to establish a good routine, and I have forgotten before and let the battery get low, but still haven't had the power die on me yet! I can see it being an issue for lifting weights since it's coated in stainless still and a little bulky, but otherwise very comfortable for other forms of exercise! I can also see it being a problem because of the red and green light sensors at night, it might be disruptive to light sleepers in a dark room, but I just keep my hands under my blankets or pillows, and I sleep just fine! It doesn't light up all the time, just periodically throughout the night. If the tiny lights at night might bother you, you can probably put a thick sock or a glove over your hand at night to block the light. I'm personally not inconvenienced by it at night, and I like that I can't feel anything when it checks my vitals (heart rate, blood oxygen, temperature, just to name a few). I wound up subscribing to the app anually because I really liked how easy it was to set up and how thorough its analysis was for my overall health. UPDATE: Recently I noticed the ring was draining too fast between charges and I actually needed to charge it everyday! I reached out to customer service via the app, they asked a few questions, and shipped me another one immediately! It was refurbished, not brand new, but it works like new and I would never have known the difference if they didn't tell me! I keep the old one as a backup just in case since they said I don't need to send it back. I basically haven't stopped wearing the Oura ring since I put it on, and I've used it on long walks, swimming (fully submerged in water), and for general daily activities and it works great! I wash it with soap and water when I wash my hands and take it off to give it an.wxtra good wipe down before popping it on the charger or putting it back on!
