Works super good and it is easy to program

Bought so many diffusers and lost a lot of money This is what i was looking for !!! My whole home smells like a hotel i love it!!!

I’ve been using this scent machine since August 2025, and it has worked well so far. The unit feels solid. The body is metal, while the bottle is plastic and easy to install with the key lock system. The app is easy to use. There was also a firmware update that improved the scent delay settings. I like that it uses Bluetooth instead of Wi-Fi because it feels simpler for this type of device. In my setup, I added a 3/8" foam insulation tube over the clear hose to help reduce condensation. The foam tube is not included. One feature that would be useful in a future version would be some kind of low oil level indicator, since it can be difficult to tell when the bottle is almost empty. Overall, it has been reliable, simple to use, and reasonably priced when they go on sale.

I had an amazing experience with this company. I had an incident where the tiny filter got stuck in the bottle tube. At that time , I didn’t realise it was a filter. Once o took it out I discarded it. After a month the essential oil started to lick. The entire area where the bottle was a the bottle itself was oily. I immediately reached out to customer service with Aromadd. They were AMAZING. they responded to my concern right away. Asked me to take some pictures to determine the issue. Once they confirmed that it was in fact the tiny filter I discarded they offered right away to replace it with no charge and send mean additional bottle as an extra. Exceptional customer service and very good product.

What is there to say about this machine that needs to be said? It is by far one of the most effective solutions I've used for aromatizing my home. As a long-time fan of incense, candles, and essential oils, the U5 quickly became my daily driver for its clean, cold-air diffusion, quiet operation in the background, and the 600mL tank, which means I'm not constantly refilling like with cheaper units. App scheduling and intensity control are dialed in. Coverage easily floods my space and then some. But honestly, what pushed this from a 4-star product to a 5-star experience was the support team, specifically, Cindy. After almost a year of daily use, my unit ran into a power issue. I reached out expecting the usual Amazon-seller runaround: slow replies, scripted responses, and possibly being ghosted eventually. Instead, Cindy responded within a day, treated me like an actual human being, and walked me through troubleshooting with real technical knowledge instead of a copy-paste FAQ. She followed up proactively, made sure I had everything I needed, and resolved the issue faster than I thought possible. In a category full of faceless overseas brands, Cindy is the kind of rep who turns a one-time buyer into a lifelong customer. Aromadd, if you're reading this, promote her, raise her, clone her. She's the reason I'll keep recommending this brand to friends and family for years. Premium product. Elite service. Highly recommend.

This scent machine has been a great buy for us. I’m really glad I purchased it. We have the sandal scent, and it smells amazing. It spreads nicely throughout our 2,500 sq. ft. home, and the ability to set a timer means I can wake up to a pleasant scent and come home to it later, without wasting fragrance while no one is home. Unfortunately, I misplaced the key and the HVAC accessory kit. I emailed customer support, and Cindy kindly sent me replacements free of charge. It was completely my fault, and I didn’t expect that level of service. Overall, I highly recommend this product, the quality of the machine and the scent are both excellent.
