It is easy to get carried away with vitamins and supplements. Soon, you have an oversized pill-minder holder full of pills and capsules. When you start reading about these compounds, you find that many vitamins/minerals have side effects or undesired interactions. The Centrum Silver Men’s 50+ is a welcome outlier. It has basic necessary vitamins and is not loaded up with a lot of unnecessary minerals. Like many quality multivitamins, it does not include iron in case you take a separate iron supplement. Doctor has warned that too much iron ends up being just so much rust that stays in your body. My husband really likes Centrum Silver. He feels very good and never has any stomach upset even when taking it on an empty stomach.

Covers most Vitamins and several minerals. Not sure I need 4,167% of DV of B12 (see label).

It contains all the minerals and nutrients that’s needed for men above 50’s. Excellent product

Thought I would look for these here on Amazon as they so expensive at the local supermarket. The only thing I noticed is that the tablets are a different colour to the ones I have bought there and the bottle is also different. I did do a check to ensure these were the real thing and couldn't find anything to indicate they were not genuine.
