2018 Microsoft Surface Laptop 2 with Intel Core i5-8250U (13.5-inch, 8GB RAM, 256GB SSD) (QWERTY English) Cobalt Blue (Renewed)

The computer is great. Graphics are good, touch screen is awesome, the keyboard is lit, but when I received my laptop the charger was broken then a week later the touch pad was jammed. I’m not an aggressive clicker so how it jammed is beyond me. But this review isn’t so much for the laptop cause it’s a great laptop but mainly for the company. They were so understanding when I contacted them and they gave me a full refund. They had great customer service. Again the computer is great. I just probably got that one bad one in the batch. I would recommend this computer and company If your looking for a surface!

I did my research on this product and the seller and a few other sellers for several weeks before I made the purchase. I normally don't buy refurbished products. After heavy debate and the recent pandemic I needed a new laptop so I decided to take a chance. I prayed and purchased this laptop & it is soo much better than I expected . Works perfectly and is exactly what it was described as and more. It Looks brand new in original packing with all the original accessories. There was also no sign of it being previously owned at all. Absolutely no wear in tear or any minor imperfection. I inspected it thoroughly. I'm happy and I also bought the protection plan.

Not being paid for this review, didn't receive free anything, and I have plenty of negative reviews if you don't believe it! I had just bought a $899 Lenovo Flex 7i Evo Platform 2-in-1 laptop. I ran across this laptop for $349 or something, and decided to give it a try. While this laptop doesn't have a screen that folds over, it is far lighter, and the i5 processor seems just as fast, for at least what I do (general browsing, amazon, online gambling, email, etc...) I also like the fact that the bottom is solid, and doesn't have slots for the fan that get blocked by your legs. This looks very similar to a macbook air, at a fraction of the price. My unit arrived in bubble pack, and looked brand new except a light scratch on the outside of the lid. Who cares. My unit actually ended up having a slightly faster i5 processor, and had 16gb of RAM instead of just 8. Bonus! Screen is nice and bright and sharp. The keyboard works well, and has backlighting. My only small gripe is that I don't like the layout of the controls on the Fn keys above the numeric keys (mute, brighten screen, volume, keyboard light, etc...) I'll get used to them, but not crazy about the order/placement they put them in. Overall, this laptop is amazing, and far better than my work laptop which is the newest HP with i7 processor. It stays cool for the most part, and rarely do I ever hear a fan kick on. Did I mention it's super thin and light? The lid can be 'tough' to get open 1 handed, but I only care about that b/c I broke my left wrist so I only have 1 hand at the moment, else no big deal! If you're looking for a great, light, sleek all purpose laptop, don't hesitate on this one. If you're looking for a gaming laptop, obviously this isn't what you want at all. As far as battery life goes, with the screen turned up fairly bright and doing general activities like surfing the web, checking out Amazon shopping, email, etc... I can get 4 hours, and I have yet to fully run out of juice. I'll try to run it from fully charged to when it shuts off on its own, and update this post with actual time.

I have this laptop for work and I loved it so much I wanted to buy one for personal use. My referb was in near perfect condition with only the TINIEST bit of wear on the mouse pad. For the price I definitely can't complain. Runs perfectly and looks great.
