Sugar Flowers

Good clear diagrams. I find line diagrams are often easier to follow than photographs. If you have the JEM cutters sets this book is really helpful and would be applicable for other makes of cutters as well. A wide range of flowers is covered as well as making posies and sprays. There are also 17 full page colour photographs (2 duplicated on the covers) for inspiration.

A very old book from the 70's era? however the pictorial step by step tutorials are fantastic, Much better than the modern pints.A*****

This was an interesting buy. Looking at the reviews, they appear to be varied, so I went with my instinct and I am glad I did. No photos for each flower, but the drawings are clear and easy to follow.

This is a very old book. It is full of black and white outlines of shapes required to make the flowers. With all the cutters, plungers and moulds you can buy I don't tend to use it much.

Poor instructions.. I couldn’t make a flower stick on the wire as the instructions were very poor.

A large amount of pictures to guide you but all the guide pictures are simple black and white. It have some colored pictures but they are grouped together in the book and not set to each flower. Many flowers are not pictured finished and in color at all. No good pictures of the finished product makes it harder to figure out how to paint and decorate them, not to mention often hard to even tell if it is put together correct. I would not buy this book again due to this problem.

This book is a great "old school of gum paste flowers" You are paying for how to make the flower not just for the pretty pictures inside.That is what the interet is for to google what colour a flower should be...got it used...but it was as WELL LOVED book!

Honestly, yeah, a waste of my money. As of right now it's the worst sugar flower decorating book I own. Others I own have better, and much clearer instructions, with pictures of the process step by step. Would not recommend to anyone.

Excellent book. Good picture details although in black and white. Worth it.

This book shows many different flowers then Wilton, many extra clues left out by others. Now the down side, maybe, you need Jem sets 1,2 and 3, but the large number of flowers you can make go for it.

This book is SPECIFIC to the cutters used. If you have the correct cutters, this is the perfect reference. If you DON'T have the cutters, it is confusing.

It was not what I thought it was going to be. It is mostly black and white and was hard to follow. I would not recommend this book

Great step by step instructions and illustrations. If the illustrations were in color they would be EXCELLENT. Highly recommend. Many beautiful flowers to make and enjoy.

Good reference book for cake decorators
