LMethylfolate 15mg Liquid + Methyl B12 Cofactor, High Potency Active 5-MTHF

I've been taking this L Methyl Folate + B12 supplement for about 3 months now, and I'm honestly surprised by how much it's helped me feel more like myself again. I started researching methylated vitamins after feeling constantly drained and foggy, even with decent sleep and diet. What I love: The sublingual liquid format is so much better than pills. The berry flavor is actually pleasant, not artificial tasting at all. I take it first thing in the morning under my tongue for about 30 seconds before swallowing. My experience with energy & clarity: Within the first week, I noticed I wasn't hitting that usual 2pm energy crash as hard. By week 3, I felt like my brain fog was lifting significantly. I can focus better during work meetings and actually remember where I put my keys! The mental clarity improvement has been the most noticeable benefit for me personally. My energy feels more stable throughout the day rather than those highs and crashes I used to get. After testing positive for a homozygous MTHFR mutation I started taking this supplement. My doctor recommended taking this supplement in general. The taste and drops are great. I found it easiest to count the drops in the mirror. I had to "pulse" the dosing to work my way up to 10 drops as this gave me headaches when I initially taking it. It took about a month for my body to get used to the 10 drop dose. As a side note I found taking it around the time I had morning coffee helped mitigate headaches in case it helps anyone else. Now I take the normal dose daily without side effects and I think it has helped overall alertness? It is hard to say. I'm taking this supplement more to help reduce homeocystine levels and as a preventative to hopefully reduce risk of health issues. So far so good, I will post an update when I get more blood work to test the effectiveness of the supplement in lowering homeocystine levels, but I've heard it may take a while. My mother has a heterozygous MTHFR mutation and started also taking this supplement. She noticed much more of an energy boost than I did and did not have headaches taking it. She really likes this supplement as well.

Love this stuff. Found it on TT a year or so ago. Works perfect! Game changer for me. I highly recommend. 10/10. Fr. U need this. Don't second guess. Helped me all the way around. Gave me energy. Helped my mood. Got me more focus on things I've been putting off for way too long. Just made everything better. I gave it to a could people I know. I bought them bottles. I liked it that much. I could see the change in them. They agree. Everyone needs to try it. Go by the directions. Not good to take too much. I've done alot of research. Also....read the reviews. It helped me at first.

Added this with my B12 vitamin to give the extra punch I needed. After having a baby I noticed my energy level needed some help and heard that this liquid form with my regular supplement would help and it did. No more 1pm crash outs and the flavor is not bad.

Only four stars atm because I’ve only used it a bit over a week but I wanted to address something I’ve seen in other reviews. The first three or four days I dropped the ten drops directly into my mouth. The second and third day I felt absolutely exhausted and my body hurt. Like I was coming down with something. I felt horrible. So I went to the reviews. Many people said their bottle didn’t last as long as it was supposed to. Ok cool. I then saw one person who measured the drops into a spoon then took. I decided to try that. Before I was using almost a full dropper with some left behind bubbles. I counted ten drops or at least squeezes. When I used the spoon method I’ve only used a quarter of a dropper. I think that’s why I felt badly. I was using far too much. And I think that’s why other’s bottles don’t last as long. And why others have side effects. I do feel better now. I I’m not sleeping as much but I feel better. Not as tired. Oddly my daily two evening adult beverages has gone to one. Just because it’s not appealing. I’m happy with the one to unwind. Now that I’m actually taking ten drops my stomach has no issues. It does have a weird aftertaste but they are vitamins after all. It’s doable. I’ll update later if I remember. It’s said you don’t get the full effects for a month or so. I’m going a four star because I’ve already felt a small difference. I would have waited the full month to review except for the drop amount deal.

I don't know how to explain exactly what this does but it's amazing. When I run out I can tell because my energy and UMPH in general DROPS. I don't like running out. The energy boost is great and does NOT come with jitters IMO.

If used consistently, I really can tell a difference. I have PCOS and that apparently messes with your B12 absorption but this really helps. My mind is clearer and I have more energy

So far I have absolutely loved this product. I immediately notice the difference in my energy levels, the way I am able to process stressful situations, and dont feel that mid day crash like I used to. I have been taking it daily for about a week now. Out of all the supplements I have tried, this one is by far the most effective. The only reason im giving 4 stars is becayse the dosage was incorrect. It is only supposed to be about two drops under the lounge, not the whole vial. Less is more when it comes to this stuff, and the creators of it have even came out and said it. Highly recommend to anyone thar deals with brain fog or low energy. The ingredients are simple, no weird additional supplements or blends. The taste is like honey to me, its a very thin and watery texture rather than a syrup kind of feeling. This one definitely checks every box for me!
