Q: I need to replace the double stick tape for my John Pearse arm rest where can I get it?

I specifically do not know. You may want to contact the company directly. There are also various commercially available double stick tapes that might work. I have not had that issue yet.

Mine was rosewood that I ordered. Put in the Amazon search ebony arm rest. I have one in my wish list for another guitar. It's 10 dollars more.

Yes, for the Taylor 314, which I believe is a standard guitar, this is your guy. Assuming you are using the Taylor hard case that it came with, you should not have any issues. I have not had any complaints regarding case pressure and/or damage from it. The arm rest sits at about the same height as the guitar strings. Just be careful because I cannot see your case and I don't know the specifics. Have a great day. PS I also answered the question on the jumbo so read that one too. Just for sake of clarity.
