Koia Elite, Plant-Based Protein Shake with Prebiotic Fiber, Vanilla

I absolutely love this protein drink. I’ve only tried the vanilla so far, but I’m looking forward to trying the chocolate one as well. When I was at the store, I noticed there was more flavors, but it seems like it’s a little bit limited here on Amazon at this time. I am lactose intolerant, so this is perfect on my stomach. I love the creamy thickness of it, making it like a treat when I’m having it. I wish the price point was a little bit lower, but it seems like. And I love the fact that when I drink it, I am getting my protein.

Pleasantly surprised! My young teen is going through a lot of major orthodontic work. Eating has been difficult for her. I had been on the search for a good protein supplement to make sure she’s at least getting what she needs on the daily even if her diet isn’t what it should be. She is hands-down one of the pickiest eaters I have ever seen with texture issues. She loves this. I no longer get grief about how horrible it tastes and she drinks it without being asked. An absolute win for us!

I was very pleased with this Koia Elite Plant Based Protein Shake. I chose vanilla and it tastes great plus has 32g of protein. I have tried many other brands but they did not taste pleasing.

I wanted to love this because I was looking for alternatives with no seed oils. I am gluten-free and dairy free, also, so this fit the bill on paper. However, I am not a fan of the “texture“ it feels thick and somehow oily. I’ve used it in my coffee as a creamer alternative, but it doesn’t have a rich enough flavor to shine through. For the price, I’m just going to go without.

It’s one of the better plant based proteins. Less bloat and it taste like a milk shake.

It is hard to find good tasting protein drinks that don’t use whey. These are the best! I love that they are ready to go in my fridge with no messy powder involved. I’m looking forward to trying a few more flavors to see if they are as good!

I like the taste of this protein shake, and it has good nutritional value, even though it is plant-based. However, after prolonged use, it causes gas and abdominal bloating due to the probiotic fibers. Not recommended for those who suffer from IBS.

This is a great substitute for milk on my cereal. I do not like nut or seed milk, and this product is much tastier. It is pricey but a bottle goes a long way and is worth it. It is also very easy on my problem digestion.
