First... id like to say , that im very very pleased wit my product. 2nd. the amount of time spent packaging my product 3rd. It worked ....4th it arrived 3days ahead of time an im extremely happy about that ...id definitely purchase something from this seller in the future if need be!!

Works great! Replaced original that quit working. (Original 2002)
I bought the system that goes with this VCR DVD player/recorder I bought decades ago. My original stopped playing VCR's some time ago. Recently the DVD player stopped working properly. I could not find a place near me who repair original. Luckily I found this one! Works great

Died after 3 days
This died after 3 days of use. The seller has terrible communication. It has a DVD stuck In it we messaged them about gow ro get it out without damaging the DVD player or DVD and all they did was ask what is on the DVD. I sent 2 more messages asking for help and a replacement with no response. It takes the seller a minimum of a week to reply.

Nice unit. Solid
Nice unit. Solid, obviously well-cared for and maintained. The rewind function is especially speedy, which is very good. Plays even my older tapes from old cable movies years ago with very little flicker. Glad I bought it so I can transfer all my old movies to DVD (Some of my VHS tapes are over twenty years old!) and the secondary DVD player will come in handy, too. Well worth the price. Excellent, fast delivery, too. I'm very pleased.

Errors out often when mounting discs
I got two of these. Both developed the same problem: difficulty reading DVDs. Solution is to reseat the disc (sometimes several times). Annoying. Nice solution though for those with both media types looking to save some space.

what's old is new
This VCR player is working pretty well. The box arrived very damaged, but the packaging was so excellent, the machine suffered no dings or dents. Glad to have it to sort through dozens of family VHS tapes!

Nice product
Nice product, It Works, Not a great value for the money. I had to pay someone to get it to work on my tv. I,m older and there was not any paperwork on how to install it.

I bought this 2nd hand VHS-DVD player from Canadian Prime. The heads were caked in particles and wouldn't read tapes. The wand only worked 2" from the screen. The DVD is intermittent. This product wasn't "rebuilt" or even checked over. But the return window closed on me, and I have spent almost $300 on rubbish. Caveat Emptor, my friends.
