10 Pack Reusable Sanitary Pads for Women, M (26cm) Medium to Heavy Flow

First lot of reusable I bought! Highly absorbent super comfortable. Wash great. Lovely designs great starter pack.

I absolutely love these! They are very comfortable and don’t feel stiff or thick in your underwear. I would say these are ideal for a light / medium flow and I like that the same material is on the wings as this helps reduce staining and makes you feel more secure. I highly recommend wearing tight fitted underwear so that the pad doesn’t move around, I just bought a size down and they’ve been very secure. The fabric is so soft and breathable and I don’t get that dirty feeling like you do with disposables! My skin isn’t irritated either and it just makes having a period a lot more bearable lol. Cleaning is effortless! I store the soiled pads in a bucket dry until my cycle ends, then I just unpop them all and put them (soiled side facing down) in a bucket filled with warm water mixed with a bit of detergent and vanish oxi action and let it soak overnight. Then drain the water and rinse the pads in warm water until water runs clear (at this stage, they’re equivalent to dirty underwear) Chuck it in the washing machine (alongside a coloured or dark load of washing) with detergent and vanish oxi and air dry them. I’ve found this method so easy and no problems with staining. I haven’t had to wash these separately to my clothes after soaking them, so my laundry hasn’t increased and I’m not using anymore water than I usually do =D I will never go back to disposables! Highly recommend! And you’re helping to save the planet too

Appearance - these pads look really cute although I am not sure about walking around with Christmas robins or bright yellow pineapples in my undies! They are very well made with neat sewing and I feel that they will last a long time. Comfort - they are really soft which is nice compared to the very plastic-y feel of conventional towels. However, I did find that they can feel quite damp at times as they don't seem to lock moisture away as quickly as conventional towels. I will persevere with them at the moment but I will have to keep an eye on it to make sure I don't get any soreness. I was impressed at how well they stay in place even though they just have the one press stud. They are also generally quite discreet and they aren't noticeable as long as you don't wear them with leggings as they are quite long. Absorbency - I think these are very absorbent for light to medium flow days. On my heaviest days, I will be sticking to Always as they are the only pads I don't go through. As I said above, they don't feel as dry as conventional pads which may be an issue for some people. Washing - I ignored the washing instructions and wash them at 40 degrees and they come out looking as good as new. I just lay them on my heated airer to dry and they are completely dry in a couple of hours. Conclusion - these pads are very well made but I don't think they will suit everyone. That is true for all methods of sanitary protection in my experience so I don't think that is necessarily a fault with this product.

Was a bit dubious about these to start with, but I absolutely love them. They are comfortable to wear and do exactly what they are designed for. I’ve been using them for over a year and not had any problems. The main difference is at night - regular towels with wings tend to move and cause leakage, but because the wings on these are fabric the whole way around to the poppers there are no leaks. I sleep much better now, knowing that I’m not going to leak in the bed. When I mentioned them to a colleague, she thought the idea of reusable towels was quite revolting, but when I explained that you don’t throw underwear or bedding away if you get blood on them she realised the advantages and decided to try them herself. She is glad she listened to me, she loves them too! Being a bit older I also experience mild bladder leaks when I laugh, cough etc, so if I’m going out somewhere (even to do the weekly food shop) I wear one to prevent any accidents. Don’t get me wrong, they can’t cope with full on incontinence , but they are fine for a bit of a dribble! Overall I am really happy with them. They will save you a fortune in the long run and are so much better for the environment. They are comfortable and easy to wash, and after a year they are just as good as when I first got them. There are no loose threads anywhere, the poppers are still good and sturdy, they haven’t lost their shape and they still do the job. Fantastic product, just wish I had found them years ago.

How did I not know these existed before??? I came across these completely by accident, a suggested facebook post or something, and thought I would give them a try. Well I LOVE these and safe to say I'm never going back to disposables. In the weeks I've had to wait to actually use these I think I have read every review on every pad available! Finally this week I get to use them lol. These are super comfy and quite like wearing a cloud in your pants. Here's a list of good points I think: 1 good for the environment as no plastic waste being thrown into landfill. 2 Super comfy to wear no leaks or spills and no moving pad so you don't end up with blood on your pants 3 great as a night time pad 4 not bulky and the perfect size 5 keep you feeling dry all day. You know how you sometimes have a slightly wet feeling down there, well you don't get that feeling with these 6 even waking up in the morning after first full night I wondered where all the blood went 7 absorbent wings are a bonus 8 don't need changed nearly as often as they hold a lot 9 easy to use and wash well 10 stay in place and don't move 11 no smell I really wish I had known about these years ago and would urge anyone to give them a try

These a just brilliant. Been wanting to try something more eco friendly and these have passed all my expectations. Super soft and comfortable to wear, not sweaty like disposable and no smell. The absorbency is great ( I have a heavy flow and use 2 in the day and 1 at night) they wash great and no stains (even washed on a 30) I don’t use conditioner as this effects the absorbency and just wash them either at the end of the day or 2nd day on a quick wash. Dry well and ok in tumble dryer. No leaks either. You do have to get used to them I.e as they don’t stick they slide when you attach them but once pulled up and walking I don’t actually notice any problems and they stay in place. They are naturally a bit bulkier than disposable but not caused me an issue and I wear fitted trousers and dresses. This is my 3rd month using them and I’ve already got my money’s worth!

I was so pleased to find reusable pads on Amazon for such a reasonable price. They’re not only an environmentally friendly alternative to disposable, non biodegradable sanitary pads, but the price means they are a truly affordable solution to the issue of girls having to miss school regularly due to being unable to afford pads. Unfortunately it seems that many girls and women aren’t aware that there’s an alternative to expensive disposable pads, but being sold on Amazon makes them more accessible and more mainstream so hopefully they’ll become a more popular alternative. I ordered these for my daughter who is almost 12 and I’m really impressed, so much so I ordered another set. They are comfortable to wear, very absorbent and wash well. I have to admit to having abused them in the wash as I wash them with my baby’s nappies at 60 degrees but the pads have held up well, and no stains. My daughter says she much prefers these to disposable pads which I’m very pleased about as we are trying to reduce the number of single use products we use as a family.

I get it is good for the environment that is why i bought them. And they are absorbing well better then single use pads. But they are so uncomfortable. So bulky, they move up and down. Can go only with big underwear. Still i think to be 100% comfortable and save the environment the menstrual Cup is the 1st choice ever. It is so comfortable you will forget you have your period at all!
