It’s firm and stable for exercise. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Lightweight, easy, affordable *by M***A on November 18, 2025* I got this because it was a much more affordable version of the boom stick or whatever it's called from the two most famous physical therapists on the internet. You know those guys. We all know and love those guys. But dang that stick is pricy! In comes this bad larry. It's nice and lightweight, and it even breaks down into a smaller version if you need. It also comes with that interesting bent handle at one end, which so far I haven't figured out what to do with because I prefer to have both hands gripping the same way instead of having one hand with thumb pointing up, but I'm sure I'll discover ways to use it eventually. But that part comes off too!
