Alright, we all know what this is for so Im going to write an upfront review.I will let the ladies write up how well it works for their needs. I bought it because I need to get unclogged. By god this thing did the trick. I think I passed a nickle I swallowed in 5th grade.This isnt my first time using an enema so I will pass on some tips. First DO NOT use plain water. The process of osmosis means water will pass through a membrane from an area of low salinity to an area of high salinity.What does that mean for you? You use plain water and your going to get quickly hydrated. Sounds great right? Wrong, you will get light headed, may pass out, and in extreem cases could be fatal. Easy to avoid. Add 3 rounded teaspoons salt to each bag. Will keep the issues at bay.No one likes talking about bathrom stuff but by god this works and I want to make sure you do it safely.As far as the setup make sure you put the clamp on when you are putting it together. The clamp controls the flow and I think you can imagine why you wouldnt want the whole bag flowing uncontrolled. The clamp has different notches to slow or speed up the flow.As far as doing the deed you can google but the best way for me was to lay a towel in the tub, hang the bag on the shower rod, fill up, then move to the toilet to evacuate,As far as evacuating just relax and let things flow, its different to be sure kinda like having the squirts but more like Niagra Falls took over for the day. Rinse lather repeat until your satasfied, in theory as long as you added salt to each one you could do quite a few to really get cleaned out but the professionals will tell you your flushing away good bacteria too so beat keep it at a couple maxx.For those who are looking to be clean for their partner if you catch my drift repeated enemas are just going to give you hemorrhoids. Try adding 2-3 table spoons of metamucil at every meal. It will get your passings passing cleanly and not leaving anything behind. I use it to bulk my passings as I am usually niagra's kid brother but after what it did for me I assume it would work well for your needs, Just dont go overboard like I did and have to get unclogged lol,Well I hope that helps some of y'all out.

I bought this bag for enemas and I love the bag itself. I have to squeeze the bag to forcefully inject the water and the suppleness of this bag is perfect for that. The attachments and hose itself are pretty substandard but it's in no way a deal breaker. The tips of the douche and enema accessories were sharp on mine, bad machining most likely. I used a dremel to blunt and polish the tips into usability. You can buy other attachments and hoses or just learn to work with it like I did. The price is worth the bag alone. There is a raised rubber pattern that bisects the bag providing a bit of room between your skin and the bag if you are using this as a hot water bottle. It also provides extra strength to the bag itself if you have to squeeze water through like I do.It's a 5 star bag even if it comes with one star accessories.

This kind of item is one that does not have roaring reviews. It is an age old remedy that works better than any drug can do with immediate results. I highly recommend this for those who struggle with constipation. One really has to comprehend what causes constipation. Constipation is commonly cause when solid mater4ial spends to much time in the bowel and more water is removed from the solid material. This injects water into the solid material which can then allow it to move through the bowels with ease. I feel this explanation is necessary, because my young wife had never seen or heard of this before so I figured there would be other who think the only way to treat constipation is with medication. Nope, this is way faster.

First of all, being able to have shipped discreetly to home was great. I purchased for using hot water bottle to help soothe my achy neck, it conforms better to contour of neck than heating pad. Also purchased for purpose of being able to self administer enemas. It worked great. A couple tidbits I found helpful are keep the bottle about 2 feet above your bottom, if you get it too high, there’s more pressure and it comes out too fast. Next I tried both insertion devices, the first one was the smaller of the two, it is a straight piece, ie seemed to let too much solution in too fast. So next I tried the bigger one, now don’t be intimidated by the size and the head on it, it went in just as easily as the first. What I really liked was there are smaller holes that come out the side, so it helps slow the flow down. With the bottle at the right height and the clamp in the right position, I was able to empty the whole contents of the bottle through controlled flow into my colon with great results. Would highly recommend

This is my 2nd enema, and I’ve been able to appreciate my first one more after buying this one. The bag size is smaller, but that’s not its fault. What is a problem though, is. attaching/removing the tube. It is difficult to do as I have to turn the bag in one direction while turning the tube attachment the other direction. The other issue is the pincer for the tube. When the bag is full, you close the pincer so the water doesn’t just flow out the tube, but the pincer that came with mine doesn’t hold it closed so I’ve been using a separate binder clip too.

You can hang it from a shower caddy or hook in the shower and let gravity do its thing. I've also used it as a hot water bottle to warm my feet in bed. Works well, just like in the olden days.
