Are these water tight?

They are water tight if you take care to close it properly and the plastic ring is centered

Do these bottle have a rubber seal, and can U use standard ubber seals on them?

These bottles do NOT hold a watertight seal. I bought these to hold home made vanilla extract to give as gifts. They would not seal properly. it made quite a mess. I do not recommend these. It was a waste of money.

Are these Dishwasher safe?

I washed mine in dishwasher with no problems
