Great option if you prefer to skip the Sugar. Tastes good for what it is.
I remember when i thought Electrolytes was just another fad in the sports world, but hold on, i don't want to sound ignorant, i knew that Electrolytes were real and that played an essential role in the human body, i just didn't see them depleting and affecting performance, my most common usage for Electrolyte drinks were in my younger years to get over a hangover, for some reason it did the trick for me a lot, due to partial dehydration. A couple of years ago i started cycling long distances, or cycling/climbing with a lot of effort and i described how my muscles started to "give up" when a friend asked me what i had in my water bottle, well, water evidently isn't it? He gave me a bottle of warm electrolytes he had in his backpack and it tasted absolutely gross, but i drank half of it, to my surprise i recovered so fast and regained power on my legs, it was a miracle. Since then, i do carry a water bladder with 1 to 1/4 ratio of water to electrolyte drink when i go out cycling and it makes a whole world of difference, but powders are way more practical, and this Podium is excellent, contains not only Salt Electrolytes, but also Magnesium, Potassium and Taurine that help you keep going when muscles are giving up and feeling hydrated all the way. The taste isn't the best but this formula includes no sugar, which is awesome for those watching their sugar intake, if you want to add sugar, add it, but you're not forced to. I've been using this since i got it and i bike at least 3-4 times a week and compared to just water, i feel way more hydrated on my session and with more energy, definitely worth the price tag.

Some pros, some cons
One of the tastier electrolyte mixes I've had. A very berry-forward flavor. Also quite sweet—so you best like sweet electrolyte powders if you buy this. I like that the composition is no nonsense. Just 4 electrolytes—calcium, magnesium, sodium, and potassium, and some taurine, which is good. I like that the quantity of everything is moderate. No "500% recommended daily dose" nonsense. I especially like the detail of the magnesium being in the form of magnesium malate. It's a good form of magnesium for athletic recovery. However, it also isn't cheap. And I don't love that some of the ingredients are artificial. I'm not in the gym for LACK of care about my health. So when I see stuff like an artificial sweetener, or the ever-ambiguous "Natural Flavors", or an ingredient added solely to serve as a colorant, I can't help but think... "This could have had perfect ingredients—it didn't need to have 'nearly' perfect ingredients." If the ingredients were spotless, I'd give it 5 stars even with the premium price. But as it is, I have to rate it a 4/5 even though I DO like it and would rebuy.

Great tasting electrolye powder - 30 servings of quality ingredients
Flavor (5/5) - This is an electrolyte, so it's not sweet or tangy like a pre-workout, however it distinctly tastes like blackberry. The "salty" flavor is refreshing after a workout and you know its going to replenish what you sweat out. Ingredients (5/5) - Magnesium 12% RDV, Sodium 22% RDV, Potassium 5% RDV are all great and should help avoid post workout electrolyte imbalances. The 5% potassium is higher than most electrolyte powders so you're getting more bang for your buck. Also Magnesium isn't super common, but often overlooked, so cudos to the Podium team. Additional note, the lack of fillers or other useless ingredients makes me confident in this as a post workout drink mix. Packaging / Branding /Value (4/5) - At $24.99 for 30 servings, I think this is a bit pricey for an electrolye mix. The packaging/branding they're going after is that of a premium product, and the ingredients reflect that, however my target price point for an electrolyte mix is around 50c per serving due to how simple the ingredients funadmentally are. If they bumped the price to $29.99 and offered 45 servings, I think this would be perfect value. Overall 5/5 due to flavor and ingredients, with a minor ding on value. If you're looking for a high quality, premium electrolyte mix, this should be your go to.

Low calories electrolyte replacement sports drink
Though described as a dietary supplement this is marketed as a sports drink to replace lost sodium and electrolytes as a result of working out. There are 30 servings in this compact 5.86-ounce (166 gram) container. Each 5.5-gram scoop of powder is to be dissolved into 6 to 8 ounces of water. The scoop is included. This is a flavorful sports drink (I have the blackberry flavor) to use before, during or after your workout. This is a very low-calorie drink. The supplement facts list each serving as having only 5 calories while providing calcium, magnesium, potassium and sodium. The ingredients do include sucralose but there does not appear to be a large amount of added sugar. This is a good tasting low calorie sports drink without too much added sugar. There is good flavor while providing replacement electrolytes and sodium to your body.

Tastes great
I have been looking for a drink mix to add to my water when I notice that I'm having trouble staying hydrated. I wanted a mix that tasted great, wasn't overly artificial sugary and didn't have a chalky taste. This powder hits all those marks for me. The berry flavor is very nice and slightly sweet. It mixes and dissolved well into water, no clumps linger behind. It does come with a scoop which I appreciate because it makes this product convenient to use right out of the box. It is a small jar, but I only need a small scoop at a time and so far this has lasted me a month. A little goes a long way and the price can be justified especially comparing it to other hydration powders on the market that are a higher price for a few packets.
