Large Tactical Backpack Bag with Stowable Shoulder Straps for Hiking, Camping, Traveling, Bug-Out 58L

This backpack is an assume monster!! I agree with all others about a 5 star rating. I have a lot of packs for different scenarios like GHB or SHTF/BOB. I currently have a bag that stays in car with minimal supplies that will keep in that need. Like all other bags near divided into different compartments. This bag, however, has multiple internal pocket areas that are open for you to design your own method for packing. By taking this approach of being an open with all the internal area areas, it allows you to pack at your discretion and requirements. Normally, when I packed a get home bag, log out bag ready to take a bag where I need to have combination of clothes, food, water, and other survival gear I always have to design it based on the fact that bags in the past, I’ve had multiple pocket areas, but they are limited in their scope of what you could put into them so you have to think about it more than with this bag. This bag allows you to organize in smaller bags, things like clothes, food, etc. The quality of the workmanship is excellent. My current get home bag has two external pockets for water bottles while putting water in them would be a problem of balancing the pack with the water in it will start to become difficult. With this pack, it has a place for an internal water bladder, however, to my surprise I’m able to fit 2x2 water bladders inside the main pocket area. This was a surprise to me, considering that most of the packs only have room enough for one since now I could put my water requirements on my back versus on either side. I’m able to balance and walk with this without any issues. From the photos provided, you can see the openness of the bag at every level of compartment. I currently have the straps stowed in the back where they have a area to go to the surprise was that I have two ways to get in there at the top, zip the whole back off or there is a zipper. That’s about 6 inches long. That allows you to stick your hand in if needed. While the water bladders hang by themselves since there is no hanging mechanism allowed that should not be a problem once they’re filled and once in and filled up with water. Have any ability to have 4 L of water on my back is much more preferred than having water requirements on either side of the backpack. I’m going on a fish trip next week and intend to use this pack as my suitcase requirements and will update this review on my return. To say that I was surprised at the quality in the ability to have a packet is not to be underestimated. At the same time that I bought this backpack I also bought the companies fanny pack, which is also of excellent quality and workmanship. I’ll have another review for it in the coming weeks, but based on the quality, this fanny pack is all the other ones that I’ve ever had in the dust.

Nice backpack for the money.

As far as I can tell this pack lacks an internal frame. For that reason, it is not a long distance hikers backpack. It excels as a bicyclist's touring/commuting pack. It works very well as a large urban everyday carry pack. Construction and materials are top rate. No criticisms.

This tactical backpack has everything you want in a backpack and more! It is made of a canvas type material similar to military duffle bags and similar gear. It has a padded back and padded shoulder and waist straps. How to carry it - there are 3 options. The aforementioned shoulder straps and waist strap can be used. If you don't want to use them, the shoulder straps can be stowed inside the back compartment and the waist straps can be removed and stowed there as well. There is also a heavy reinforced handle on the top of the bag and another similar handle on the left side of the bag. Internal storage - there are 5 large compartments including the back compartment mentioned above. The largest compartment has adjustable cinch belts to further secure items. There are 4 smaller compartments, 2 on each side. All compartments open and close with zippers. There are pull cords on all the zipper pulls to make it easier to zip/unzip. All zippers are also protected from inclement weather by the canvas like material of the bag. External storage - There is MOLLE webbing on the front pocket, on all 4 small side pockets, on the outside edges of the top handle, and on both shoulder straps. The shoulder straps also have 2 D rings on each for further attachability. There is also a strip of the fuzzy half of Velcro across the top of the front of the bag for attaching anything with Velcro. There are 2 cinch straps on each side of the bag to tighten up the bag around the contents. All the cinch straps (external and internal) have military style quick release fasteners. This backpack can carry practically anything that you want to lug around when hiking, camping, etc. It's much better than the rucksacks we had in the Army back in the 1980's-90's.

So absolutely huge! Way bigger than I thought it would be which is great! Looks and feels very solid. This will be great for family camping and hiking trips!
