I have an older surround sound analog theater system. Two of the speaker channels were not working at capacity. This did the trick with the right cable wiring adjustments. Perfect boost to my existing system and I love the extra volume, bass, and treble controls. To customize the balance to my other speakers for my living room space. I saved a good penny with this purchase of these quality speakers. Instead of buying a costly new theater surround sound system. Good price, good sound! Thanks Amazon and seller.

My husband sent these to me and when he got them he loved them he appreciated their appearance, size easy to use and connect, the sound is perfect and pretty loud

I originally bought this set of speakers for my pc mini box. I was so impressed with the sound difference from other speakers I have tried over the last year, that I suggested to my 95 year old mother that she let me bring them when I visited next time to see if they were loud enough for her. She agreed. I carried them up country for my visit with her, set them up on her pc and she loved them. Finally she can hear the sounds on her pc very well. Had I stopped at this point, I would have given the speakers a 5* rating; however, Mother asked if they would work on her tvs too. If so, she would buy two more sets, one for each Tv and also keep the set I brought her for the PC. Try as we might, I was never successful in setting them up to actually work on either the vizio or the LG tvs. I researched, did trouble shooting, but nada. At 95 I would jump the moon to do for her and make things easier for her so was disappointed I could not manage this one simple request on either tv. I got no response on one tv, the speakers managed to cut off all sound coming from the tv speakers on the second tv, but would not output sound to these speakers. I was going RCA to RCA. Granted it could be the RCA cable since it was the only other common denominator besides the speakers themselves, but did not have time to order more cables just to test something before I had to leave. She's happy with the speakers on the pc, but could be happier ;-) Update: Within a day or so of my review, the company contacted me and offered assistance in resolving the issue. I never expected them to do that and am very appreciative of their concern. Have upgraded my review from 3 star to 5 star simply for the stellar followup of a review.

⸻ Honest Review: Not Great for Turntable Use I was really excited to pair these speakers with my turntable, but unfortunately they didn’t live up to expectations. The sound output feels thin and muddy, especially on vinyl — bass lacks depth and highs come off a bit harsh rather than clear. They also struggle with dynamic range, so louder passages sound distorted while quieter ones feel washed out. Setup was straightforward, but even after adjusting EQ settings there wasn’t much improvement. For casual listening they’re okay, but if you’re hoping for rich, warm sound that complements vinyl records, these speakers fall short. I had to upgrade sooner than I expected, and I’d recommend looking for a set with better power handling and more defined low end for turntable use.

Work great but would like to hook them up to reciver that has wire connection not RVB but if i hook up directly to phono it works grreat.

They sound great, but none of the cables, including the power cable are longer than 37". I had to go to Best Buy and purchase an AUX-RCA cable extender to connect it to my computer and my surge protector is now hanging by the cord behind my computer desk.

I started out with 10 W speakers which were not loud enough because of the treadmill that I went to 30 W speakers still not loud enough with the treadmill and I finally was lucky on the third try with 60 W speakers and now I am very happy the sound is great and the volume is terrific.

Better sound than I thought for the price - for laptop speakers absolutely fine. As others have mentioned the bass is good if it’s relatively high, if you lessen the bass and increase the tone you lose warmth but they are perfect for what I needed them for

This is a great system for older televisions that have RCA ports on the back panel of the TV. This audio system is a completely wired system,including speaker wire hook up, so it may not appeal to those wishing Bluetooth connections. Otherwise the sound clarity is quite good with very good stereo separation. The speakers are easy to assemble, attractive ,with all cabling included. I personally prefer higher grade gold tipped RCA cables of at least 10 feet. Otherwise, I would rate this system very high ,for the specific application previously discussed.
