Exercise Mat
Love the mat especially for the workout markings that I use with my ab roller. I placed it on top of a really thick mat for which as an older heavy set person I need. Looks great in my home gym.

Ought this for my husband he loves how it has the measurements on it and how much easier his an roller rolls on it versus the carpet or how quickly it moves if he spout on our hardwood floors so it great for that and he says he has much better control the length is great I’m pretty sure I bought the longest one my husband is 6ft4in so he it’s hard to find mats long enough for him the one thing he said is he wished it was just I little thicker because some exercises that are done on knees still need some cushion it doesn’t slide on any surfaces he’s used it on it’s easy to just wipe down with a Clorox wipe or something similar let dry roll up and pullouts it back into the bag for storage takes up very little room and he takes it when we travel good price compared to others that were shorter and didn’t have the markings or come with the carrying bag would buy again

Very thick, large workout mat that is great to have in the house for your quick morning workout. Nothing flimsy about this one!

Cushy, Soft Yoga Mat
This Ab Roller Yoga Mat is great on so many levels. Though I'm not too fond of the markings, I guess they're helpful if you're following an exercise routine that's specific to them. Me? I'm using this mat to do yoga and pilates and I love how cushy (7mm thick) and soft it is. It comes with a mesh bag to pack it in and carry around, in case you need to. Highly recommend it.

Did not stay put.
The mat was of good quality, however, I could not keep it from rolling up in front of my ab roller, causing it to bind up in front of it. It also had a tendency to "travel" to the right as I moved the ab roller back and forth over it. It would not work for me.
