Apple Magic Keyboard: Keyboard and Case — White

I love my iPad Magic Keyboard. I am using it to write this review, and it is very comfortable and easy to use. It pairs seamlessly with your iPad, which was a big motivating factor for me with buying this keyboard. I did not want to deal with pairing a Bluetooth keyboard. With this, you literally just throw your iPad on and it’s ready to go. The materials it’s made out of are quality and soft to the touch. The part that you attach your iPad to is lined with some kind of felted material, which is nice. I also love the appearance of this keyboard and the way it folds up nicely like a laptop. As others have mentioned, the keyboard is not backlit, but I don’t really mind that. I got the white keyboard and find that the keys are easy to see and identify anyway. In spite of the high price point, I’m very glad I went with this keyboard over a competitor’s. It’s just so much more practical.

This product is awesome. I am writing this review on the keyboard. It’s definitely a bit pricey, but well worth it in my opinion.

This is great keyboard and case for my ipad! It's very easy to use and set up. The keyboard feels a lot like my macbook's keyboard, just smaller. At first I didn't want to spend the money for this keyboard so I bought a generic bluetooth keyboard. It was always losing connection, which made it very frustrating to use. This keyboard isn't blue tooth, it's connected using Apple's Smart Connector that connects with those 3 small magnetic pins on the back of the ipad. Don't waste your money on the bluetooth keyboards...you will regret it! Only one downside is the keyboard isn't backlit but that's a small price for a dependable connection.

This is a well made and stylish keyboard. Fits my iPad perfectly, and the magnet holds secure.

Works as it should, I was disappointed that the keys aren’t back lot. The battery holds well and I love that I don’t have to separately charge my case. I plug my iPad in and the case runs with your iPad battery. I had an off brand case that had a hard shell and could the 360 turning. The off brand ones work well I can’t speak for longevity of the off brand ones but honestly they are comparable. It fits very well easy to set up just stick it on there and you’re ready to use it. It looks very classy and clean. Typing is easy and functional. I have only been using it for about a month and I have not had any issues at all so it seems to be worth the money. Connects easily and quickly.

Rock solid construction. Everything works as expected. Worth the price.

Apple wanted $319 + tax for a new one and the (very good) used one on Amazon was priced at $162 + tax. That’s a savings of $157 and the item looks brand new. It was delivered in 4 days from NJ to CA. So far I love it and just need to learn the trackpad gestures and keyboard shortcuts. Good deal on a very nice product that does not have to be charged separately from the iPad.

Works great. Makes your ipad like a pc for work.

Ecxcellent! As always apple produts are the Best.

I wasn’t 100% sure exactly which case I would prefer so I tried this one as well as 1 from ESR, the Logitech combo touch and folio touch. Out of all of them this one is the best quality. The new material the combo touch is made out of is awful. The material for the folio touch is good and the track pad feels better than the combo touch. None of them come close to the track pad on the Magic Keyboard or the typing experience. The weight is similar between all of them give or take but in terms of how they feel and the build quality its not even close. Keeping this one and bought a tablet cushion in case I want to just put the iPad on my lap without a keyboard. I have a lap board that I use most of the time on the couch and it feels like having this on a mini desk. Best option for my use case for sure. Very happy with my purchase.

A good keyboard

Extremely sturdy and a must have to protect the iPad

Works great.
