I purchased from Amazon and applied it to my U12 immediately.Came in a nice book-style packaging.--There are 2 guards (photo taken after I used one).--Comes with 2 large stickers for removing dust and a bunch of small stickers for "spot dusting".--2 alcohol prep wipes (I would never use these. Im pretty sure over time it can mess with the oleophobic coating.--Small "cloth" - just throw it away.--Bubble removal card. Not cardboard - nice thin, playable plastic. Worked well I am not great at doing glass guards but this really wasn't to bad. See the fit in my photos. Keep in mind that the U12 has mostly a flat display. The entire viewable display is flat (Which I prefer).
