Royce Union RMY

This is probably the best bike in the world at this price range. It is a beautiful bike. I could not find one flaw anywhere. If you think you're mechanically inclined (I work on my own vehicles), trust me—if you haven't set up a modern bike before, save yourself the time and take it to a pro to set it up for you, because the instructions aren't the best, which is the only con I can mention. This was a birthday present for my 14 year old son, and after consideration, I took the bike to the local bike pro. He was blown away by the quality of it, too, and wow...what a smooth and comfortable ride it is. The Royce Union 700c is proof that some companies still make quality products at a reasonable price. The negative reviews about this bike are either from a few who were either unlucky , or they're reviews from a competitor. If you're considering this bike, you will NOT regret purchasing it.

This is a very good bike, especially at this price. Quality appears to be good. As with any mail order bike it needs some "Tweaking" of the brake and derailleur adjustments, but the manual shows what these should be. Once tuned the shifting is smooth and quiet. It is missing a few features, such as quick release wheels, but this is only and issue if you have to remove the wheels several times a day. Otherwise you can remove a wheel in about one minute with a 15 mm wrench. This bike has a very low step-over for a full size bike, which was my primary reason for the purchase, as I am an older male, but the frame feels solid and stable. It helps in the setup if you have some mechanical ability, or have a friend who does.

Let me start off by telling you I am a 40 year old man who only really bikes now and then. Maybe for exercise, maybe just to be outside, I am not a bicycle hobbyist, enthusiast, and expert. I'm sub amateur. Haha just a regular joe when it comes to bikes. Now that you know where I am coming from.... The reviews that say they had stuff broken, missing etc. That sucks. It really does. I am so glad I didn't based my decision to buy on that, because I was planning on exchanging until they got it right. Anyway I did have all my pieces and nothing damaged. So it IS possible to have a great first experience. Now to the bike itself... I hate the seat. It sucks. It was difficult for me to figure out how to attach the seat to the stem. I did figure it out. But the directions didn't show my specific style. Which was odd, anyway, I had to look at my old bike for help so thankfully I had a guide. It didn't come with a kickstand, again thankfully I have an old bike, I just took it off and added it to the new. This bike in the metallic red is BEAUTIFUL!!! It rides well, I enjoyed it very much. Overall, it was not too difficult for me to put together. I did it while with my 1 year old so we had to take a break. But it didn't take me for than a few hours in total. It has been a solid experience. I'm glad I decided to buy, GREAT price for the product. I'm happy 😁 Oh and yes the 4 stars is cause I hate the seat.

Do not buy this bike, it is junk. Had to buy a seat cushion because the seat was very uncomfortable. Didn't come with a kick stand, had to buy one of those. Peddles cracked after a couple of 100 miles. Huffy replaced but with the same type of peddle and now the replacement peddles have broken. Had problems with crank bearing and had to replace, then found that their documentation does not match the type of bearing actually used. Also don't try to talk to a Huffy support person, they don't answer their phones. They do respond to emails though. I never should have gotten this bike!!

I haven't ridden the bike yet but my friend and I finally put it together. Assembly seemed fairly easy and would have been done in under an hour except for the fact that the bike was sent with the chain unaligned and stuck. We had to spend 15 minutes getting the chain out between the spokes. My friend hammered it out and get it aligned. Another criticism, I feel that for the price, a kickstand should be included in the box. So I will be shopping for a kickstand along with the essential bike stuff soon. It's not a lightweight bike but also not terribly heavy. I figure if you're riding you should be strong enough to carry your bike anyway. The color is cute. It's a metallic red. Not my first choice because the other colors were sold out. But I am not mad at it. I am excited to get it on the road and exploring my neighborhood since the pandemic is kind of sort of over and the warm weather is here.

This is Amazing. It was my first bike i was bought 2023 but after 1 year same one stole it.

I had been looking for a bike for my partner. Yep, budget minded and not looking at the bigger picture. Saw this and knew I was making a positive choice. Easy assembly, very versatile- it fits her and is easy to ride. A solid bike, not overly complex. I'm not concerned about tech details, just the bottom line- Use and enjoyment. We ride regularly on weekends. Use is rewarding. Getting out and doing things together is the enjoyment. The price is very attractive, well worth the investment.

I finally recieved my bike and was excited to put my bike together. Upon Assembly I found the bike has some scratches on the parts of the bike though padding was all around. The scratches are in the bike metal. The bike itself is missing pedals and a handle bar attachment to hold the handle bars in place. So it looks great and is light weight easy to carry but cannot ride it now.

It didn't take long to assemble, but the bicycle is anything but comfortable: impossible to set seat height, pedals slip and the drivetrain is noisy. While it may an affordable bicycle, it will make you hate cycling.

Fantastic bike.

The reason I chose this bike was because I was looking for a walk through bike that was easy to get on to. Overall I am happy with the bike. The instructions were extremely confusing so thankfully my husband was able to put it together without reading them. A few things we came across that were concerning until we worked it out. Like previous reviews when I first rode the bike my foot constantly hit the front tire when turning. We realized when he installed the handle bars they were backwards. When he flipped it around it fixed that problem. The other issue was the breaks it took a lot of adjustments to stop them from rubbing on one side. If I didn't have him to fix it I would have taken it to a bike shop to adjust. The back reflectors that they sent do not fit, but the front one is fine. Overall I am happy with the bike. However I would suggest getting someone who is familiar with bike mechanics to help set it up because the instructions are not helpful at all.

OK basic hybrid bike-nothing special. Got it for $200 because of a few scratches on the frame so good deal....regular price was about $700 but these sell in the USA for about 250-300 (USD) so.... caveat emptor!

Disappointed because the seat tilts so back it is not very adjustable so it make the crotch hurt a lot. It also doesn’t come with kick stand but it’s not hard to buy and install. I tried to change the seat but a lot of the bars on the seat doesn’t fit in this bike. Sad I had to return it
