Is this heavy duty pin

Its hard to quantify what is meant by Heavy Duty but I can say that all of these pins I have used have not bent in use. So they seen to be adequate for watch bands.

Are these pins compatible with all watches (Seiko)?

ALL Seiko watches? The kit comes with every size. So, my answer would be, “this product would work with a high percentage of watches”. Also, it worked well with my Seiko Kinetic. I used what appeared to be a bigger spring for a tighter fit. The tools enclosed made it easier. I typically spent $10 every couple months for a repair. Now, I can replace myself 20 times for less than $10. My first repair is still working fine. Good bang for the buck.
