Question 1

Can this be used to fill dollhouse mini fishbowls if you do it in thin multiple layers? Trying to find something that doesn't require mixing.

It would be ideal for that.  Layering is not an issue, just don't make them over an eighth of an inch for convenience.  I think you are talking about a VERY small area though.  I doubt you'd need this much RW.  Granted, telling you this 6 months later.....It's the best product on the market, it serves the most purposes overall when it comes to recreating water for, well, anything.  It's way overpriced, but it is most definitely the best.  Woodland Scenics makes a LOT of products in the USA too, so I'm totally behind them.  And they have a LOT of products!  Their videos will give you all the info you need as far as handling the RW is concerned, but you should do lots of testing before taking on a substantial project.  It is currently paying off for me on an HO scale piece that is 4 x 8 x 3 feet.

i just painted my styrofoam pond with acrylic paint and this realistic water is going through the foam what happened?

You should always use Mag Kote by DecoArt if you want to use anything acrylic paint or use hot glue 
This Mag Kote will let you do anything with your styrofoam. Not expensive at all 8oz $5.99 and you don’t use much to cover the foam

I am creating an outside fairy garden and need to know if I can use this product to form my creek?

I found the product very easy to use.  In fact, I used two bottles for a small pond on a train layout.  Words of caution though.  Give it plenty of time to CURE!  One of my boys had put a half full spray water bottle on it a MONTH after I poured it.  I didn't think anything of it so it stayed there over the summer.  When I picked it up in the fall, it left a ring where it had been placed.  I'm unable to reform the water, so now I am stuck trying to incorporate a different design element to it (half a giant fish jumping back into the water causing the ripple).  Otherwise, it cured just fine.  No cloudiness, very clear.  Use darker paints underneath to give it depth.  I also used sand and small pebbles.  :)  Have fun and good luck!

Any suggestions for painting the color underneath?

I like it clear but I've read about people painting shades of blue to give it depth.  Hope that helps.
