You have to push down a bit, but it goes in tight. The rim mostly matches the rim of the bucket so it doesn't block the bucket handle. There will be a gap where the basin curves inward at the washboard part so it is not a complete seal. **Q: would this fit in a bathroom sink?** A: It won't fit inside a typical bathroom sink but it may be able to rest in the sink under the faucet depending on the shape and size of the sink. **Q: Does this come in a larger size??** A: I don’t know. This size just fits perfectly into my bathroom sink. I love it. **Q: is this basin Chemical free?** A: Yes, it is #5 polypropylene (PP) plastic which is safe. ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Sturdy and doesnt leak *by on Reviewed in the United States October 4, 2026* Sturdy and works perfectly for what i need. Do kinds wish it had a soap holder tho. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ If you hand wash small items, it is worth it! I love mine! *by on Reviewed in the United States April 17, 2026* I’m back. I was thoroughly deceived by this little product. I actually returned it but the company said to keep it. So, I’d like to give an update after having it for 5 years now. It is small, but it fits perfectly into my bathroom sink and is easily tucked away in the bathroom. It is just big enough to wash out pantyhose, or a blouse or any other items that need a quick hand wash. I absolutely love this product. I would have never believed it myself. I want to thank the company for allowing me to use it and see how beneficial it is. I’m going to use it right now. That’s why I decided to write a review. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Small *by on Reviewed in the United States March 4, 2026* Small. Works best for small clothes, socks, etc. ## Frequently Bought Together - Ohisu Blue Washboard Basin for Hand Washing Clothes and Small Delicate Articles - Zote Laundry Soap Bar - Pink 7oz - Scrub Brush, Quality Soft Laundry Clothes Shoes Scrubbing Brush, Easy to Grip Household Cleaning Brushes --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.com.pa/products/71211392-blue-washboard-basin-for-hand-washing-clothes-and-small-delicate](https://www.desertcart.com.pa/products/71211392-blue-washboard-basin-for-hand-washing-clothes-and-small-delicate) --- *Product available on Desertcart Panama* *Store origin: PA* *Last updated: 2026-10-27*
