Pretty easy used it on a phone that I was sending in to Verizon on a trade in and didn’t realize I didn’t have to have the screen fixed but already bought the kit and it was actually a easy process but time consuming for me the first time. Come with everything you need. The video is on YouTube to show directions though. But I would buy it because my screen worked fine and this was my first time changing my phone screen.

TLDR: Cheap functional LCD screen, worse than original OLED screen. Bad stuff: bigger bezels than original, including a big chin at the bottom. Screen is thicker and heavier, LCD technology (not OLED). Screen raises over the edge of the iPhone 12, like a super thick screen protector. Gives a warning in settings and true tone won't work (who cares about that?). Blacks are Gray. Unsure of how much more battery it will consume. Good stuff: screen works for the most part and was enough to get my phone repaired for a trade in. Screen is whiter and brighter than original. Price is cheap. Tool kit included is sufficient to open iPhone 12. Kit is well put together. This screen can be used for repairing for temporary usage or to get it trade in ready. Not for long term daily usage.

I have not had any problems

I purchased the LEAFE Screen Replacement for my iPhone 12 Pro, and while the screen itself looks good and fits well, there are a couple of drawbacks. The display quality is solid, but the brightness is noticeably lower than the original screen, which is a bit disappointing, especially in bright environments. More concerning, my Face ID stopped working completely after installing this replacement. I double-checked the installation, but the issue persists. If you’re looking for a budget screen replacement and don’t rely on Face ID, this might work, but the reduced brightness and Face ID failure are significant cons for me.

Cost-effective replacment for original screen when it cracks- As long as you are aware of certain things: 1) The phone will always have an issue displayed in Settings that this is not a genuine product. 2) The screen will be slightly thicker than the original screen and might not fit well in hard cases. 3) It will also impact battery life as the LED/LCD screen uses more power than the OLED original screen. That being said if you are comforable with this kind of detail work with very, very tiny tools, parts and connectors this is a good option over the apple store/apple parts solution. I use this phone for my kids to access the web at home so not something I want to spend a lot of money on.
