They stay soft and chewy even after cooling and being refrigerated. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Quick and tasty treat *by on Reviewed in the United States 7 July 2026* another great product from G.A.N.G.S.T.E.R!I am 28 days into AIP diet and could just use a break from food prep and something sweet. These actually are reminiscent of oatmeal cookies. A quick and easy treat. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 100% recommend these cookies *by on Reviewed in the United States 12 July 2026* These are sooo delicious! Just as good as regular oatmeal cookies. If you're deciding between their brownie mix and this cookie mix, choose the cookies.
