As an cottage baker, this 3-tiered cooling rack is one of my favorite tools in the kitchen. The setup is incredibly fast. I especially love the vertical design; it saves so much counter space and holds 4 to 5 dozen cookies depending on their size. That’s a game changer during pregnancy cookie orders and holiday baking marathons! Each level is sturdy and feels secure, even when fully loaded. And when you're done, it folds down easily and stores nearly flat, making it perfect even for smaller kitchens. I was so impressed with the quality and convenience that I ended up buying a second one. Whether you're baking batches for a party, a cottage baker (like me) or just like to stay efficient, this rack delivers. Highly recommend to anyone who bakes regularly. I honestly don’t know how I ever lived without it!

Great rack and super sturdy! I like that it collapses flat and easy to store. The product is coated so very easy to clean as well. Having the 3 tiers is a space saver so I don't have all these racks everywhere trying to cool my cookies. Great buy!

I'm so glad I found this vertical cooling rack. It surely does save lots of space in the kitchen. It's very study and and the tiers are spaced far enough apart to easily use all three racks easily. So far I've used this to cool cookies and candies. I simply secure parchment paper to each tier and then no clean up is needed. It is a bit tricky to set up, or it was for me, but once properly locked in, it's great. I'm just a bit impatient and once I took the time to see how to properly expand it and lock it, then I couldn't be happier. Although I haven't cooled anything heavy yet, I wouldn't hesitate using it for cake layers or even a pie (probably bottom shelf for a pie). Once I'm done, it's easy to unhook the latches and store away in a minimal space. I don't regret this purchase one bit and highly recommend for anyone that has limited counter space. Great product!

Not a great picture, sorry. I really like this rack. The three tier helps with reducing counter space usage. It’s easy to pop up - reminds me of an accordion. It’s easy to store as it collapse very well. Cleaning is easy as it’s a nice wipe down and since it collapse, it’s easy to maneuver around in the sink. I bake breads and it’s big enough in between for bread rolls and sourdough.

This cooling rack is easy to expand and adjustable for your baking yield. You can use the 3 racks collapsed into one if you have a heavier cake to cool. If you have a larger batch of cookies or muffins, then placing them on the different rack levels (once out of the the cookie sheet is a breeze). The rack is sturdy and easy to secure, clean, and to store. I don't know how sturdy it is if you feel the need to place more than one type of pan on the separate racks. That probably isn't a good idea. I've only used it in the ways listed here. I usually only have to brush off stray crumbs and then replace in my cabinet until the next time.

I have not used it yet. However, I took it out and extended the racks to check for sturdiness. Of course it is made under the Wilton name, so I expected it to be of good quality. The product description said that it was sturdy enough to hold cake layers. I am certain it can. It is very stout; not wobly or flimsy. It is also easy to use. You simply unfold it. Everything is linked together. It folds up easily and has a teflon coating on it that should allow it to be easily cleaned.

I really love this and wish I’d have bought one sooner. We don’t have a lot of counter space and whenever I bake cookies I’ve always had 2 or 3 cooling racks taking up the space. Then I saw this, and wow! It works beautifully and is quite sturdy, so now I have space for other things besides cooling racks on cookie days! Very pleased!

La calidad de los productos Wilton, en mi experiencia hasta ahora, es muy buena. Esta rejilla no es la excepción. Es resistente, con suficiente espacio, no estorba demasiado. Yo la usé para enfriar al mismo tiempo 30 galletas, 10 muffins grandes y dos panes de casi 1 kg cada uno y cupieron sin problemas. También la he usado para secar frutas y verduras, así como almacén temporal de despensa. La limpieza es la que es un poco tediosa, como en todos los artículos que tienen enrejado, pero es lo de menos. La recomiendo bastante.

I love these trays and put them to use as soon as they were received - perfect size, feel sturdy and safe (just have to remember not to push the cookie tray too far back as they will slide off). Great service as they arrived in good time and well packaged.

I absolutely love my Wilson three tier cooling rack. It is sturdy, easy to set up and easy to clean. I lack counter space so being able to have stackable cooling racks make my baking days way easier. I wish I had found this sooner.
