Paying so much high money and in return we get such products. Within 4 months 10 days this is how the product quality is. worst product quality by NB and I am doubting even if the product provided was genuine by seller. And now Amazon is not helping in this .. telling we can’t do anything in this and I should contact their third party seller. Zero Brian and service by Amazon.

bought for my son who is in middle school. he loved it. it arrived on 8/29/2024. the shoe was busted open in less than 3 months of usage. he only wore it to school and church. he is not a someone who abuse shoes. i have another son who runs and do more wear and usage, his shoe which is different brand is still good. that is what i expect from typical shoes. i m quite disappointed in new balance and their quality.
