I love the style of this case! It's lightweight and is made of a really high quality plastic which is easy to grip. I keep my Macbook in a backpack with other stuff and this case gives me the peace of mind that it won't get scratched up. I sometimes drop my backpack down carelessly, and again, I feel much more at ease with this case around my expensive, expensive computer.It was really easy to install, too. I just slid it in and it snapped on like the lid of a Pringles can.The edge and corners seem to be well protected with what looks like reinforced plastic. Just running my hand around it is enough for me to feel how durable it is. I'm tempted to drop my Macbook just to test it.It would be cool if it came in additional colors, but the black one already looks pretty nice.My favorite part is how low profile it is. The clear plastic section which makes up 90% of the case is practically invisible. I don't feel like it's there at all. Overall, I'm very satisfied with this product.

I was trying to decide between this case or the UAG. I like this case but the plastic feels like it won't take a fall very well. The corners feel more like plastic than rubber and feel like they won't provide much protection in a fall. The feet on the bottom are honestly, terrible. They are plastic and provide no grip on my hoodlike lap table. I'm afraid of it slipping off if I'm not careful. The DW has the UAG and I probably should have went that direction but time will tell.

I've only had this case for several weeks, but it has been effective so far!Placing the case on the laptop was quite simple; it only took a few minutes. I really like the bumpers on the top part of the case, as they cover the bottom edges when the laptop is closed.I am still able to tilt the screen back with the case on, although maybe not to the same extent if it were to lack a case altogether, but there is still sufficient mobility.It has a bit more of a rugged appearance compared to many other hardshell cases, but as a college student, I want to ensure that my laptop is protected! With the case, I can easily slip the laptop into a 15" sleeve for extra padding.I haven't had to take the case off for any reason yet, so I do not know if whether it is easy or difficult to remove.I'm very happy with my purchase overall!

When this case arrived I thought that it was great, reasonably priced, simple to install and seemed like great protection. This was purchased for my teen's Christmas present, a MacBook Air. However, it has now been only 3 months and the top portion of the case will not stay on the computer, which renders it completely useless.

Good ProtectionThis case does exactly what it is supposed to do, just sits in place on the macbook. I have a lot of confidence in this case. The plastic seems pretty strong and flexible, but not brittle.I think some of the cheaper cases have plastic that can chip or break off easily. I used to have a difference case for my macbook that was more like a cover. This one actually feels like a real case designed for a laptop.When I do photography on the go, I usually have this in my camera bag. Sometimes that bag gets stuffed in my car and I worry about the pressure. Obviously my lenses and camera are good with the padding in the camera bag, but my laptop is on the outside pocket with no real protection so this case is very good for that!The case is grippy on the bottom which I like. Keeps the macbook in place. I haven't actually dropped my macbook yet, I don't really want to go around dropping my macbook. But if I do drop my Macbook I really do feel confident with this UZBL macbook case.Glad I bought it.

I really like this case, however it was quite hard to get the bottom piece to snap on. Finally after a few attempts I got it on, but was afraid at a times that I was going to break it or my computer. The top piece was much easier to slide on. Overall, good case, feels very durable.

The case fits perfectly on my MacBook. I really like how simple the design is. When the laptop is open, I don't even see the case or realize it's there.I bought this case to keep my MacBook protected while I'm in class. I dropped my last laptop before so I figured I should probably use a case on my new MacBook.I never owned a laptop case like this before so I don't know what else to say about it. It just goes on my laptop and stays on while I'm using it.

Read the 1-Star reviews about how challenging it was to install. With that in mind I was careful. Didn’t have a problem figuring it out. Went on tight, like it should and now I feel optimistic about it protection.Didn’t figure out until after installation, nothing except the power can be plugged in if the top is closed. The protective case closes on the USB ports. Closing the lid in a hurry or even without thinking could be a big mistake for you ports, cables, peripherals, etc.
