Update- Yes, this stuff is great for gut health. After a day or so my bowel movements were active. I feel much better now. This drink is better tasting than the Serene Bitter. It works very well. At this point, it's perfect for aiding in trying to achieve gut health. The affects to me, are as good as the bitters. I'll have to update this review if my opinion changes.
