I love my dancing Wallace (and Gromit). It arrived quickly and was well packaged to prevent damage. It works great with the lighting in my cubicle.

Great product, but it arrived headless and broken :( We know it’s a great product because I ordered the Gromit one and it was great!! I would really like a new one shipped. So far communication has been rough :( Update: They sent me a new one, no extra charge. Arrived quickly. And even though the shipping looked the exact same, the head was not broken! Wallace has been reuinited with Gromit and they look great!

I bought this for my boyfriend. We both LOVE it! It’s as if he’s dancing on the dash, excited for cheese! We always enter and leave the car with a smile!

He doesn't dance. I've had him in a window for 2 days and he won't move. Wallace looks great, just wish he worked.

Wallace was shipped in an (somewhat) padded envelope. Wallace was purchased with Shaun and Gromit, and they were all shipped together. The individual boxes in the envelope were all crushed (Gromit arrived with a broken ear. I glued it back on an he works fine. Shaun does not rock. I don’t know if he was made unbalanced or if he was damaged being shipped with substandard packaging.) Wallace works great. He really rocks out. A padded envelope does not have the structure to protect fragile items. It should have been shipped in a box!

I have him in the kitchen so he can say hello when I'm feeling 'peckish.'

Bought this to replace an old one I’d had for years that worked all those years until it was accidentally dropped and broke. Purchased this one and it just never worked.

For W&G fans this is a very nice item and it's very responsive to sunlight.
