A classic for a reason. My trusted go-to for freezer jam.
I have only ever used the original Sure Jell for freezer jam, but it works perfectly every time. Follow the directions inside the box/on their website and you will have delicious strawberry jam in less than an hour.

I have bought and used Sure-Jell for years of canning so I highly recommend it. Follow directions and you will have nice jams and jellies to enjoy.I really enjoy canning, especially apple, peaches, pears, strawberries, grapes and more in a variety of styles. I do also doe beef stew and more meats and veggies, so have a wide variety for us to enjoy.But in fruits, I buy only Sure-Jell as it has never failed on me. So I would recommend it. This is a personal choice, 70 year old woman who watched grandmother can and helped mom to can and have been canning for several years. Experience has taught me to stay with what works, no sense in testing others if they are seen by many as great and I found it to be just as good as they have.
