I have a little girl who gets travel sick. Can confirm that these bags successfully contain vomit until they can be disposed of. Bleurgh.

On the small side!
Bought this for a long coach trip, luckily did not need them so I cannot say how they hold when being used. But what I can say is that they are quite small so you would have to aim very carefully when sick so I don't recommend for children who might not be so skilful or aware ...
