Just started making my own lunch meat in the meat press, it is nice that cleanup is easy using these.

I bought a ham maker because, again, so much junk in store bought sausage and luncheon meats. I also bought these little bags to go inside because I thought it would be much easier to get the meat out of the ham maker after watching some videos on You Tube with people smacking on the bottom of the ham maker repeatedly to get the meat out and they really work. So much easier to remove the meat but also makes clean-up an absolute breeze. Just a little soap and water and the ham maker is shining like a new penny again. Very highly recommended if you want to save time and energy on kitchen clean-ups. Really worth the little extra that these cost. Priced affordably.
