I've been buying Quaker rice cakes for a while, and the caramel flavor is definitely my favorite. They're light, crispy, and have just the right amount of sweetness without being overpowering. A healthy alternative snack when you are on GLP meds but need something sweet.
Title says it all. Sometimes after a meal you say to yourself "I just need something sweet". This is it. Filling, and sweet and hits the spot instead of reaching for chips or cookies.
