I purchased this charger to replace the one my son lost for his school-issued Chromebook. So far, I have no complaints. The charger works exactly as expected and charges the Chromebook properly. I have not noticed any overheating, and it’s easy to transport since the power adapter is not bulky or heavy. The cord feels durable, and with proper care, I believe it will last through the rest of the school year and possibly into the next. For a generic charger, it works very well with the Chromebook and is reasonably priced.
