the back latches are of the draw closure style that are lockable, they are fairly sturdy, mounted at each corner 2ea. total.

What kind of Hardware come with this box

Don’t remember if hardware did. I don’ Think so. Just looked at mine. I drilled hoes through bottom and fed 4 U bolts around ATV rack and attached lock washers/nuts. Had a difficult time using tools to then tighten nuts.

Can you get replacement hold down latches?

Not sure you would need too , they are heavy duty metal old style tool box latches , super good , they will out last any part of this box .
