Chronic pain
I’m 4’11- I’m 30 years old and I’ve been working a desk job for 5 years. I’ve been dealing with DDD from bad posture which gives me knots as well. It’s been awful . The only thing that worked was narco with Celebrex. I’ve tried everything. This brace for whatever reason, maybe it’s because it’s petite size or the back is hard and supportive? But it gives me the opportunity to step away from the possibility of addiction and hurting myself in the long run with all the medication I was on for this pain.

Worth it
This review is 2 months after purchase. Love this. I have back pain. I am walking, bending over, squatting & driving daily for my job and this has made a difference in my pain and posture. When I didn't wear it for a few weeks and was bed/ house ridden. I could tell that it had made a difference I would be in mild pain slouching. I also got tons of compliments

I got this for my mom when she was struggling to use a stiffer brace. This provided some support to assist with movements while not being completely unsupported. The lighter material made it easy to wear.
