Can rubber chuck-it balls be used in this machine?

I use racketballs and chuck it balls. The tennis balls breakdown and the fluff gets in the motor and breaks the machine. I’m on my third machine before I figured it out. Will it work with other type of balls? My dog will only use the chuck it balls.

Yea it will. Not as far due to the weight.

What exactly is the difference between this one and the green one?

I think I found the answer. The green one has battery options
