It's going to cost several hundred dollars to correct and get these up to snuff.There are also no sheer or load specs. I hope I don't have to have them architecturally stamped...another $2000.00-3000.000.I love this house and want to build it. The only problem, in my opinion, is that the reduction of the blueprints to fit on typing paper seriously diminishes the clarity of the plans.
