I don't believe in hoo-doo, I'll tell you that up front. I am very skeptical of supplements that claim to cure things. My wife and myself now believe this works. My lower legs have been purple for years, after less than a month they are almost back to normal color. It's unbelievable, I think it may cause a looser stool, but to get circulation back in my legs (and other places) it's no big deal. Dr's should recommend this to their patients with slow circulation in their legs. We have subscribed to this from Amazon.

It is good, I couldn’t stand eating any more beets. It is supposed to help lower blood pressure

Item seems to give me more energy after a week, but I expect to really notice a difference after a few weeks.
