Not easy to separate

Ok taste and texture qnd great as shelf item. Rice is all clumped together and hard to break up by squeezing the pouch as directed. Heating it did not help. I made a royal mess on the table, me and the floor. Think next time i will put on a plate and cut with sharp knife.
