What benefits are there to using this over an old cotton T-shirt?

Personally I find old t-shirts a little too thin for polishing a watch strap or other soft leathers. If you use the Saphir cloth I find it easier to massage the cream into the leather and it doesn't absorb into the cloth as fast as an old tshirts. Hope that helps you out.

Is this product easy to use?

The polish is an excellent product. The cloth however is not. It falls apart and leaves lint stuck all over your laces and brogues. I do not recommend this product.

The picture looks like the saphir bag and not the cloth (chamoisine). what will i receive when i order this item?

Hi, You'll receive the Saphir Cloth. We requested to Amazon many times to change the pictures to cloth but they fail on updating it.

These must be fake - awful.

These can’t be legit. Absolutely thee worst I’ve ever used on my cockett and jones. Not only did they not help clean or polish my shoes, They’re so abrasive they left scuffs. They feel like burlap.
