Vamcheer 274cm L-shaped Boneless Corner Sofa, No Assembly Required, Beige

I pulled the chair out of its snug cardboard box at the weekend and my first thought was, “Blimey, that is smaller than it looked online.” Five minutes later I was curled up on it with a mug of tea and had completely changed my view. The black faux rabbit fur is ridiculously soft, the sort of texture that makes you stroke it absent-mindedly while the kettle boils. No claws, obviously, just that mellow velvety feel. Beneath the fabric there is a fairly chunky foam slab; it bounces back even after I have spent three episodes of a detective drama in roughly the same position, so there is no embarrassing dent announcing my exact shape to the world.Because the pile has a bit of sheen the chair catches the light rather nicely, which fools visitors into assuming I have splashed out on something designer. In reality it lives between a bookcase and the radiator in my one-bed flat and the size is spot on for that awkward gap. The arm is fitted only on the right-hand side, so you do have to think about where it goes, unless you enjoy a small yoga routine whenever you want to sit down.There are niggles. The little cushion that comes with it looks pretty but gives about as much support as a marshmallow and the dark fabric shows up every rogue crumb, especially the ones from chocolate hobnobs. However, I put the whole thing together in roughly ten minutes with no swearing, a quick wipe removes the worst of any spills and, most importantly, it is genuinely comfortable. For the money, it is cracking value as a reading chair for one.

I wanted something bigger than our battered two-seater for the Sunday film sessions, and this sofa has slotted into the sitting room brilliantly.The grey sectional fills the space nicely without crowding it. The units arrive vacuum-packed, slit the plastic and they puff up like rising bread, oddly satisfying.Last weekend we swung one unit round to form an L by the log burner - plenty of space for my partner and me to sprawl out happily. That rabbit-soft fabric kept me anchored instead of sliding off. The broad arms balanced my tea and my wife’s phone, but I also remove a backrest for quick lumbar support.The build feels solid, the cushions spring back quickly instead of sagging, and the neutral grey works with our tartan rug. Given the space, comfort and freedom to shuffle the pieces whenever we fancy a change, I’m happy with the purchase and would recommend.

Really cool to see it take shape! The only thing to note is that, as it doesn't have a really high back, you may sometimes find that your back/neck lacks a bit of support. But it's super comfy when you lie down/half lie on it, so as long as you're aware of that, you will be fine. Super useful being able to move it how you want!

How many rabbits were skinned alive in the making of this sofa? And don't give me that it's fake fur nonsense nowhere in the description does it say that

I received delivery of this sofa today, very easy to set-up, looks good & fabric feel good & good quality. My only concern is the gaps, it's not closed-up as the advert photos. I've since seen other similar design & they incorporate long sips, another design had double sided velcro tapes, to close-out the gaps. Apart from that design discrepancy, it's comfortable! It also makes an easy sofa bed, by removing the cushions & back rest.

The Vamcheer three-quarter seater rolled out of the vacuum bag looking a bit like a giant grey Swiss roll (it really did!), yet within an hour the cushions had fluffed up and the rabbit-plush covering looked showroom-fresh.Last Saturday, my 10 year old roped me into a movie marathon with her brother and the collie. We clipped two modules into an L shape, then pushed the wide armrest against the wall so popcorn bowls could perch safely, no side table required. Even with me stretched a full six feet, both children sprawled out and the dog claiming a corner, nobody’s knees knocked. The 274 by 172 centimetre footprint is generous, and that memory-foam core really does bounce straight back even after a late-night nap, I half expected a dent where I’d been.Comfort, flexibility, and a backrest you can whip off to wash after sticky-finger incidents have ticked every box here. Build quality feels solid, the 544 kilogram rating inspires confidence, and the clean, minimalist lines suit our somewhat chaotic household. Excellent value for a sofa that adapts as fast as the family does.

I wasn’t sure whether I trusted getting a soda of this price, but made of foam! I was wrong, this is great! So so comfy! I love it, kept its shape so far! Cushions are comfy, the material is gorgeous to feel, size perfect and love the colour! Highly recommend

This sofa is brilliant, arrives in a box (Very heavy!!) There are 2 packages inside the box, all you need to do us cut open the plastic, and let the sofa come to life. I followed the instructions and left the sofa to settle for 1 week before actually using it, just to allow it to fill out properly, but I would say it was ready after about 2 days. There are 4 sections to the sofa, along with 5 cushions, and you can decide how you want to arrange everything. The material is very soft, and nice to the touch, the sofa itself is comfortable, but over time I think it will start to loose some of the firmness - But perfect for extra seating / occasional use. I would say though check the measurements, as it is large - But overall I think its brilliant for the price I paid, and so many options on the layout. Also, the company that delivered it called me around 30 minutes prior to delivery, so I knew when to expect them.

Ich war erst etwas skeptisch, weil das „Sofa“ von Vamcheer in einer recht kompakten Verpackung kam und eher wie ein großes Schaumstoff-Kissen wirkte. 😅 Aber nach dem Öffnen hat sich das Ganze innerhalb weniger Stunden richtig entfaltet – nach einem Tag war die Form komplett da und stabil. 💪Der Schaumstoff ist angenehm fest, aber trotzdem weich genug, um bequem draufzusitzen oder sich reinzulehnen. The comfort level of this sofa is off the charts. The seats are ultra-plush and the foam cushions make this couch feel like you’re sinking into a cloud. The armrests double as pillows, and the matching back cushions provide excellent support whether you’re sitting upright or lounging. It’s perfect for everything from movie nights to afternoon naps. Or if you are like me and fall asleep watching TV and your husband just leaves you on the couch asleep, well it’s becomes your bed as well!!I also love how flexible it is. What I mean is all the different ways you can rearrange it based on your room layout or even use it as a separate seat. This sofa fits beautifully in my space, but I can easily adapt it if we have company or I decide to redecorate. Another big win: no assembly required! Just unbox, fluff the cushions, and let it breathe for a few days. That’s it. No tools, no stress. There was no odor and even though it does say to open it and it could possibly take 7 days for the foam to fully expand- it did not take that long. This sofa strikes the perfect balance between modern aesthetics, everyday functionality, and unmatched comfort. The quality is extremely nice. Needless to say, it’s amazing that a couch can come in a box and expand to be such an elegant and perfect addition to our living room. I highly recommend.

Das Sofa ist sehr bequem, super schnell aufgebaut und kam fix an. Der innere Schaumstoff-Teil riecht leider etwas nach Chemie, das ist aber nach gutem Auslüften verflogen. Sehr bequem und trotzdem feste genug!

Das Sofa wird vakuumverpackt geliefert. Entsprechend kompakt aber auch schwer ist der Versandkarton. Das Auspacken erinnert an das Auspacken eines Teppich da das Sofa komprimiert und gerollt in Folie verschweißt und zusätzlich auch und nochmals gewickelt ist.Beim Auspacken gibt es keinerlei Probleme. Man muss nur aufpassen beim Öffnen der Folie nicht versehentlich auch das Sofa zu beschädigen. Als praktisch erweist sich die mitgelieferte Anleitung in Deutsch. Ich musste nur erst herausfinden welchen Reißverschluss gemeint ist da dieser bis zur endgültigen Dekomprimierung geöffnet bleiben soll. Hier geht es um den Reißverschluss vom Bezug des Sofas, welcher an der Unterseite entlang läuft.Direkt nach dem Auspacken versucht das Sofa seine ursprüngliche Form anzunehmen. Es empfiehlt sich laut Anleitung hier etwas nachzuhelfen. Letztendlich benötigt es aber bis zu 7 Tage Geduld bis das Sofa genutzt werden kann. Und nach dieser Zeit ist es auch wirklich gut in Form.Dank seiner doch beachtlichen Größe ist es als Einsitzer sehr bequem. Zusätzlichen Komfort bietet das mitgelieferte Kissen. Was mir besonders gut gefallen hat ist, das man keine störenden Gerüche beim Auspacken feststellen kann.Als Chillsofa fürs Jugendzimmer so wie es von mir angedacht war ist es perfekt geeignet. Der Preis ist im Verhältnis zu Leistung angemessen. Sehr empfehlenswert!
