Superb Product.
Writing this review post 3 months of usage. Very good washing machine at this price. All the feature are defined well and work even better. Have been using Panasonic Products for over a decade like TV, Drier etc.... have great confidence in this brand. Now playing for an Air Conditioner as well soon. Recommending this product without an iota of doubt or inhibitions.

Good machine; Customer support disappointing!
Just a month now and the machine has been working fine with low noise level. Still unsure how to use but when I called the Custcare, they asked for another 500/- for a demo. Made a mistake buying Panasonic brand. Previous to this machine, I bought two top brands and they are easier to use without a demo! Though the Technician was polite but he was too quick giving the demo. He seemed to be more interested to fast sell other products like AMC, M/c stand and cover, descaling powder, etc! 4 stars for the machine; minus 1 star for disappointing customer support.

BEST WASHING MACHINE
I am already 10 year older customer of Panasonic washing machine . But upgrade my device then I purchased Panasonic washing 8 kg. My honest review is... Washing quality-best hai function operate - Easy value for money product because low cost best working. Big filter collect lots of stain. I recommend Panasonic then other device. Hot water option very usefull for hard stain .

Recommended over samsung/lg
Bought the Panasonic NA-F80LF4CRB for โน16k after discounts and it's been perfect for my family of 4. Fits around 15 clothes easily, washes strongly, and runs very quietly. The heater function works well too. I chose this over LG/Samsung because it's not an inverter machine, which makes it simpler and cheaper to repair if needed. Didn't bother with the expensive stand from the installer- just used Roktry anti-vibration pads โน100 and they reduced both noise and vibrations a lot. Build quality is very good too, feels strong and sturdy. A tip to get good cleaning- after you start an automatic wash, pause and manually increase the water level by +1 to get a better wash. Only wish it had an option to adjust wash power from gentle to strong. Otherwise, an amazing buy at this price. Highly recommend!

Leakage problem, washing machine shaking vigorously. Wash programme not working properly
Water leakage through inlet pipe. House pipe is not covered under warranty. So they are not replacing item. Received brand new item faulty and they are not replacing in the name of not covered under warranty. technician arrived and repaired the only after one day repair the issue re arrived . Washing machine also shaking vigorously and timer restarted twice. In dynamic spin cycle it didn't take water at all and rotated continuously for 44 minutes.
