This is a super cool device for your ears, very easy to use, an fun to see what is inside my ear. Be mindful of how far you put it in your ear. The camera is very clear. The app was easy to install and get set up. This comes with everything you need to get started and to clean your ears. I have not used the cleaning tools yet as I have not needed them. This is made very well, functions seamlessly, and has a great battery life.

I was absolutely happy with this product until it just stopped working. For how expensive it was, you'd think it would last longer than less a year, disappointing! I even bought a replacement within the first few months because first one did the same thing. And turns out replacement did the exact same thing.

This is a great tool to use and once you learn how to use the bluetooth features with the app, you'll be pleasently surprised. It's comfortable and is pretty light weight. The accessories will help you get the job you need done too. It functions really good with the camera feature on it as well. If you're looking for an ear tool, then this is a great find. Just remember to heed all the instructions and warnings as well. All in all, I'm super happy with this tool. No more using those cotton swabs anymore!

Very easy to connect to my iPhone 14. Excellent picture quality. Camera was glitchy- ie it paused every 5 seconds and took a second or two to start transmitting again. Not a huge deal but pretty annoying that I might try a different brand if I ever need a new one- might prevent me from using on patients, which I was considering. I don’t have any experience with any other items like this o I’m not sure if it’s any better than the $25 ones or worth it to spend more (I paid $46)

I was honestly skeptical that I needed a tool like this, but my wife is into youtube channels where they clean ears and mess with ingrown toenails and such, so I figured she would get a kick out of this. I didn't think it would really have any practical purpose other than playing around with it for fun, but boy was I wrong. Once everything was all set up on my phone I immediately tested it on myself and found a huge piece of earwax that I promptly removed. I had no idea that I would find anything at all, and it was crazy that I missed so much with regular cleanings. The camera is pretty good for as small as it is, and you can clearly see everything inside the ear. It is a bit of a challenge trying to maneuver the tool by yourself while watching the camera, but with a little practice, it gets easier. Of course, to be to be super careful putting anything into your ear, so go slow. Having a little one, I'm super happy that I have this tiny camera now. If they've put something in their ear, or shoved something up their nose, now I can take a look with the camera. It is really pretty cool!

This isn't my first ear picker from BEBIRD, but it is definitely a step up in quality. I owned one of their cheaper models before, and I was happy when I got the opportunity to upgrade to this premium version because of all the extra features it comes with. My absolute favourite part is the tweezer attachment. My older model didn't have this, and it makes a huge difference compared to just using the scoops/sponge tips. The kit comes with plenty of other tips, but the tweezers are what I use the most. I already had the app installed and understood how to use it, as it's the same as my other model, so getting it connected took seconds. The battery came fully charged and it lasts for quite a few sessions before I need to top it up with the USB-C cable. One piece of advice if you are new to these: take your time. There is a bit of a learning curve to the hand-eye coordination. You need to go very, very slow to make sure you don't hurt yourself. But once you get the hang of it, it is amazing how much wax you can remove on your own without having to go to a specialist. All around, it is a fantastic tool that has saved me a lot of money.
