Fairly easy to adjust the weights once you get the hang of it. They fit comfortably in my hands, and I'm very pleased with the color. I actually discovered a secondary use for the extra weight discs; they work wonderfully as pattern weights for sewing. Always love when items are versatile

I wanted dumbbells that were adjustable because I don’t have enough room for multiple sets with different weights. This serves my needs. I only gave it 4 stars because sometimes it takes a little effort to line up each weight while attaching to the handle. Otherwise they are great.
